your case is same as of mine. I send my updated docs which includes new born information. My consultant send enquiry on 8th May and in response they send MR of new born on 10th May. Now i have completed his Medical from IOM.

When did you submit new bron information to VO? my new bron information received at LVO on 8th May, 2012 till I am waiting for MR.

Mostly 6 to 12 months wait letter applicants are getting next BFD date in 2013. So dont worry atleast your cases are approved.

They are putting the dates with 12 months gaps.

You got 6 to 12 month wait letter in March 2012 and now your next BFD is March 2013.

Inshallah any time with in 12 months you will get medicals.

Dear Seniors.

I need your help. I sent my updated documents with medical last month. Today I have received an email from CHC London that says New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself and your spouse with NO GAPS in Personal History. The forms you have submitted contain significant gaps in the personal history section. Please note that ALL periods of activity from the age of 18 must be accounted for.

the visa officer clearly mentioned that he needs the details since the age of 18 years of age so you shud submit them rather than going for whatevr the form itself says..it happens to me as well,,the vo specifically aked me to submit the details since the age of 18 years whereas in the forms options were given i.e., either 18 years of last 10 years...!

The section 8 of Schedule A form says that personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever comes first. I am almost 50 years old, therefore, I sent personal history for the period 2001 to 2012.

Can anybody identify that what went wrong? and what does section 8 mean?

they awarded me 73 points .



what does it mean my BFD date is 23-3-2013 so it means i have to wait another year to hear from them ?
in documents colum they requested PC but in waiting letter they didnt mention it . simply it was written to wait for 6-12 month and that my file is eligible for further processing.please guide.........thx

This is most probably a request to the Imm. officer for the security clearance needs. Therefore, be very careful here otherwise your file would be marked for long checks which can cause unnecessary long delays in your case. You must take the following precautions:

1. Do not leave any gaps otherwise, your file would be marked for extensive security checks. Provide full,true and detailed information. If there are gaps, provide true information for example, you were waiting for results during this time and busy in admission for another degree
2. Provide supporting documentation
3. Do not write any false or missleading information.. fill everything honestly

Follwoing reply i got from LVO:

"Your file still has not yet been forwarded to me - it is currently in our Cost Recovery Section which has a large backlog of files awaiting action.   When it is, we will issue medical instructions for your child as soon as we are able to."

It's been a month since I am waiting MR of my newly added child.

Please advise how long it will take to clear my file from Cost Recovery section and how long it will take VO to send MR.

And MR too it is mentioned in ur caips notes, IMM 1017S is medical and as they have mentioned in ur notes u will get them as well...

How did you verify that ? and from where it was made ? did you pay for that ?
