Thanks a lot for your timely reply and comments. Fact of the matter is that these recent rejections have nothing to do with mismatch of job descriptions but is an outcome of CIC's strategy to thin out their backlogs.
Without saying much on this unfair move, I would suggest you prepare a strong case and send them more comprehensive/credible/undeniable documents for reconsiderations.
Following can be few things and the list is NOT exhaustive.....please think on these lines and add more!
- Affiliation/authenticity certificate annual report and other credible documents of the firm where you work
- A very well drafted TOR and experience letter from your employer.
- Proof of your membership/recognition/affiliation with national/ international agencies of your field (If applicable)
- If possible..... incase you have audited any company's account who is of good international repute like (UNDP, Nestle, Honda, Pizza Hut etc)...try to get a few letters from them like “ he was the auditing our account books for the fiscal year XXXX”. It is just an example you can refine it as you must be knowing it better than anybody else.
I know it is tiring job especially when you already have received an unjust decision from their side but my friend it is worth trying. So please do tryout every possible option regardless of its success rate.

I have done my medicals on 26th April, 2012, but "medical results has been received line" not yet for me.
I was updated my newborn information along with my docs update request and now I am waiting for MR of my newly added child.
could it be the reason that's why my ecas same as previous? how long it will take VO send MR of my newly added child?
please advise.

My medical was done on 16-04-2012 but no line added yet. I sent documents for new born on 26-04-2012 and her medical was issued on 02-05-2012. So no need to worry about ecase status. |

My medical was done on 16-04-2012 but no line added yet.
I sent documents for new born on 26-04-2012 and her medical was issued on 02-05-2012.
So no need to worry about ecase status.
Thanks for your reply. I have sent docs of new born on 04-05-2012 and still I am waiting for MR of my newly added child. Don't know how long it will take VO to send MR. |

Aoa all,
My ecase status changed to "In process" on May 28, 2012. After I submitted completed application to London VO I changed two jobs which were not intimated to LVO. Also, in my application I mentioned a company as employer which has closed its office in Pakistan.
Please advice whether I should wait for visa office to request for updated documents or should I send them now. Also, please let me know how visa office will send request for updated document i-e through email or snail mail? third, after "In Process" what is the estimated time after which updated documents are requested by VO?
