I have done my medicals on 26th April, 2012, but "medical results has been received line" not yet for me.

I was updated my newborn information along with my docs update request and now I am waiting for MR of my newly added child.

could it be the reason that's why my ecas same as previous? how long it will take VO send MR of my newly added child?

PLease guide with regard to police certificate being in Lahore.
I have been living in Lahore from 2005. and in the mean time i have changed my residence for one time, like 2005 till 2010 at ABC area and then 2010 till now at XYZ area.
My question is that is it sufficient as to get the police certificate only for this much time period being in Lahore or do i have to apply for other cities than Lahore where i have been living in past?

I submitted PCC only from Quetta, where as I had been in Islamabad for long time. and this single PCC served the purpose. So I think if you can obtain PCC from all cities where you had been will be fine, otherwise PCC only from Lahore will may serve the purpose.

Today I received a letter from London VO intimating that my application is not eligible for processing due to mismatch of duties to NOC 1111 and....... I could not stop myself laughing at this situation.

Having more than 12 years of continuous experience in field of auditing, I am currently working at senior level position with the same employer (a well know CA Firm) and provided adequate proofs relating to my detailed job descriptions and duties through my initially submitted documents.

Now I need advise on the following matters:

1. Should I sent a review request on the matter?
2. What should be contents of this review request?
3. What areas should I focus? Means should I concentrate on earlier submitted proofs only or add any new evidences match my duties to requirements? and
4. Should this request be sent through email or in hard copy format?

It has also been stated in the letter that my fee is refundable and the office has sent a fee refund form also.

Regarding my time line: Submitted initial application in about March 2010, detailed docs in Sep 2010 and was waiting since then.

Fact of the matter is that these recent rejections have nothing to do with mismatch of job descriptions but is an outcome of CIC's strategy to thin out their backlogs.
Without saying much on this unfair move, I would suggest you prepare a strong case and send them more comprehensive/credible/undeniable documents for reconsiderations.
Following can be few things and the list is NOT exhaustive.....please think on these lines and add more!
-  Affiliation/authenticity certificate annual report and other credible documents of the firm where you work
-  A very well drafted TOR and experience letter from your employer.
-  Proof of your membership/recognition/affiliation with national/ international agencies of your field (If applicable)
-  If possible..... incase you have audited any company's account who is of good international repute like (UNDP, Nestle, Honda, Pizza Hut  etc)...try to get a few letters from them like “ he was the auditing our account books for the fiscal year XXXX”. It is just an example you can refine it as you must be knowing it better than anybody else.
I know it is tiring job especially when you already have received an unjust decision from their side but my friend it is worth trying. So please do tryout every possible option regardless of its success rate.
