Dear All,

Finally I received refusal letter from VOL and I am very happy because VO did not mention Miss Match JDs.

VO has given me following points

Education.  25
Age.        10
Exp.        21
Lang.       09
Adap.       00

Total.      65

What a calculation VO said that I am not satisfy with your blood relation and didn't give me adaptability points. VO also not included my spouse education points.

My question is that If VO was not satisfied with my blood relation why he did not consider my wife education.

I think it is clear example of un justice. I can claim 9 more points 5 for blood relation and 4 for spouse 14 years education.

Dear all, please guide me where I send my reconsideration request with more proofs.

I saw in forum.. sunair file is also reopened.

sunair you can please share your experience..

and please also tell me how many days I have left as VO issued this letter on 15th May

Just email LVO and clarify your position. Ask them to re-consider this case with proper calculation. email them at usual correspondence address london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca. I am confident on this as one of my friend got additional 5 points in similar case (I have seen the correspondence....his spouse points were not added, he requested for re-calculation and clarify her education)

Hi,
Sorry to hear about this. Same thing has happened to me but my case was re-open later on and things are going well after that. If you could check my post on this forum, you will get all the information that you need. I also posted my appeal/review letter. If you could read that, it will help you a lot. Don't worry, you will win but be quick and don't waste any time.
You may have to alter a bit in my appeal/review letter and also mention that you were not awarded points of your relation in canada and also send proof of that such as their canadian passport copy, bills, tax document, bank statement etc.
Good luck!

Yes it can be passed but isn't it hard to pass such bills as they also consider legal aspects as well unlike Pakistan where parliament can approve anything Smiley I am just basing my opinion as they decided to return pre 2008 applicants but practically found it difficult to be implemented as I read somewhere on forum that VOs are asked to keep processing those with very less priority...

Yes I meant where SELDEC is passed or waived but sorry didn't get ur last line?
I see it as future tool as they already have slashed MI 1 applicants backlog by refusing cases majorly on JDs.. So might be this bill is for their future immigration policy or they might refuse pre 2008 backlog through this bill...

My opinion, please correct me if am wrong

I have been living in Lahore from 2005. and in the mean time i have changed my residence for one time, like 2005 till 2010 at ABC area and then 2010 till now at XYZ area.
My question is that is it sufficient as to get the police certificate only for this much time period being in Lahore or do i have to apply for other cities than Lahore where i have been living in past?

URGENT RESPONSE REQUIRED....
