Dear Imran:
I wish to share my experience with you as I feel that it might be of some help to you in reaching an objective decision.

I was asked by LVO to provide POF, I had diversified investments such as balance in bank account, investments in special saving certificates and investment in properties. the letter received from LVO clearly stated to submit copies of ownership documents of properties along with independent valuation of properties, so I enclosed copies of sub-leases in respect of properties and obtained valution certificates from (Govt.) certified architects with their licence # stamps (costed me approx Rs.2,000/-) per certificate.

Unencumbered properties free from mortgage charge is acceptable by the LVO as POF, however, my bank balance and investment in SSCs for which I had obtaied independent certificates from bank and National Saving Centres, are more than sufficient for minimum settlement funds required in my case.

Investment in properties certainly not advisable at this stage of immigration process because you may face liquidity issues if you may encounter delay in disposal of property

Dear Ghulam Hasnain,

Many thanks for such a detailed sharing. It is really very helpful. As you advised at the end, I shouldn't withdraw from bank at this point in time.

But response from Mr. SATTAR ALI is yet awaited.

Kyun SATTAR BAHEE koee narazgi hey kia??

Ghulam-e-Hasnain thank you once again,

regards,
imhussain

You must present original passport while appearing in Medical.

dont advise wrong to people when you don't know. i wonder how come this person forgets things so easily when others corrected him earlier and told not to do be vehement in his words when he doesnt know.. somey11 please check the following thread where some one asked the same question and it was answered by others but this person gave wrong advise there and still advising you wrong..huh..

please check the following link. medicals can be done without a passport, it just depends on the country where you are and what acceptable forms of id are accepted..

Dear ss1886

I was not asked for medicals because of my daughter who was 3 years old when i initially submitted the complete application package in April 2010. He now grew up and they want her latest photo for issuance of medical. That was confirmed by Immigration Officer processing my case, thru email. Now I hope they will issue medicals Insha Allah.

I am from Karachi and DHL charged Rs. 3,960/- for my parcel having weight of less than half kg. But one thing to clarify, I opted for TIME DEFINITE SERVICE (In this they give money back guarantee to deliver documents whithin 02 business days before 12:00 PM).

Regards

Azhar

Dear Azhar
Thank you for your informative reply. I am also from Karachi. I shall be grateful if you can tell me, from where and how did you get your PCC made ?
Regards

I agree with Staralihaidar... it is one common immigration system but different people are in different scenario. So everyone would provide information from his experience..You have to choose and try what is best suitable with your situation.

Respect should be there as everyone is trying to help their fellow members. Why would anyone take out time and reply to your concerns and if someone is doing this its purely on humanitarian level...

I'm sorry dear if I was wrong. You should know the forum is not the final and authentic source. Anyone can be wrong here even sometime qorax was wrong on few matters. I didn't intentionally tell you wrong & why would I mislead you. When I did my medical here in Pak they asked me to bring the original passport must. I didn't know that you are in Saudia.
The person who abused me kiala & 2293344 is an ID of a same person he messed up with me in the past without any reason.
I'm just an ordinary member here & never tried to cheat anyone.

Mind your language please. There is no harm in taking the passports for the medical, besides, one can confirm from the DM for further requirement.  Think out of box, instead of fussing over nothing
