Here are the differences..

1) Date when initial application sent to CIO. The one who applied early will be processed earlier. I am talking about date application sent to CIO not full docs sent to London VO. Starli list doesn't show that when application was sent to CIO.

2) Depend on your program assistant who found one's case straight ward and more credible whereas other's bit complicated basically luck.,,

3) Quota reached at the time of processing for specific NOC like 4131. May be at the time one's application was processed like satarli or any other quota was still available so he got medicals while in case of others because of late processing date quota was reached so no medicals and hence 6-12 months letter

The above is purely my guess and Allah knows the best.......

Dear All .... Need help


My friend is going to apply for Canadian Immigration in coming July 2012. He's asking about his following few concerns:

1- Validity of the IELTS result ( 1year or 2 Year)
2- If it's 2 Years validity then his IELTS will be expired in August 2012 ... Whether he could apply with existing IELTS or he needs to re-appear

According to new rules Ielts is now valid for 2 years. He can apply anytime before august 2012.

Bhai I said taking consultancy not providing..... main to khud seekh raha hon seniors say..... Or medical anay ka aik wazeefa hey... jo bangali baba kenny kay pass hey.... daikho baba kab ap ko daitay hain wazeefa Smiley

I guess one can apply with the valid IELTS, it does not require that validity should stay till the time of decision.... otherwise ham sub IELTS dobara day rahay hotay  Smiley

bad news

We received your application for permanent residence on March 2, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 13, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the London England office on April 20, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
 
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

ok..thanks.....but luck is the one that counts most i think...jiskay naseeb main likha hai aur dana panee likha hai canada main woh pahonch jaye ga aur jiskay naseeb mai pakistna mai hee (apnay madre watan mai sohni dhartee main) rehna likha ha woh yaheen rahay ga...

naseeb naseeb kee baat hai dost...
