today i checked my ecas status and it is as follows:
We received your application for permanent residence on May 19, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 18, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 15, 2012.
Please any body to comment.
your application is in process now...very soon you will get the decision either medicals or updated documents request or God forbidden rejection which i hope doesn't come in ur case.
One more thing which you've missed and is very obvious ( 6 -12 Months Hold Letter ) |

my noc is 1111 any body of 1111 on the same boat? ?? lighter to be on safe side did u write job duties matching to those on hrsdc website? these days many ppl getting rejection due to this issue |

what is " CAIPS" ??/ kindly tell . regards CAIPS are notes which your visa office / cio puts in computer abt ur file...it contains vital info abt ur file like points allocation, job duties, any concerns, bfd etc.. order one to get the info |

I am afraid, it is refusal or may be your filed is closed due to non receipt of requested documents that you had to file within 120 days after receipt of letter from CIO. You will get a letter from CHC London in which you will probably notify to get refund of application fee within 8 to 12 weeks. I am sorry for this outcome. Rgds |

By the way. have you filed with your own self or consultant? If consultant, then who is he? Have you sent IELTS? |
