Dear All,

I applied for Skilled Worker and Professionals, when I applied I was working with ABC organization and now I changed my job to XYZ organization under same NOC. Now can you please guide me what kind of further action required from my in regards of my application for Skilled Worker and Professionals and what kind of documents do I need to send to London Visa Office ?.

Every one cooperation required in this regards. Quick and detail reply will be much appreciated.

Thanks
Regards
Immi

As far as my knowledge, VO requires update regarding, change of address, marriage/divorce and new born but its better that email VO about your job change.
Seiners can guide you better.

Dear All,

Need a correction of the Canada Immigration process in my perception:

As far as my understanding is, If you get MR then it means that Interview has been Waived and their will only be an interview if VO have some security concerns about the applicant.

AM I Right. IF Not please correct me.

Thanks,

Imran

After getting IN Process with date you are 60% on the safe side.

After getting additional documents request you are 70% on the safe side.

After getting 6 to 12 month wait letter you are 70% on the safe side.

After getting medicals request you are 80% on the safe side.

After getting passport request you are 97% on the safe side.

After getting VISA you are 99% on the safe side.

After LANDING and complete all the requirements you are 100% on the safe side.

You should intimate LVO about your new job through case specific enquiry. Act further according to their reply.

Current situation of applicants like me who got into in process in April is worrying now because we have not received any instructions from the VO till now even after 4 weeks of in process, other people got 6-12 months letter, MR, or request for updated documents in7-20 days after getting into in process with dates in the first quarter of 2012, what do you think of this situation, any comments?

Hi Kkhan,

We are better atleast our case status is not "Decision Made".

Its only a matter of time that we didn't receive letter. The letter is a standard letter which asked to wait for 6 to 12 months.

Medical request is still far away atleast 6 months. If you want to get further details , try for CAIPS.

What about eye inspection.. how strict that can be or how much weakness is permissible  Roll Eyes

They do exactly what Eye clinics do when they inspect your eyesight. They want you to read The alphabets from a certain distance.
Like in my case, i use glasses and i read all the alphabets with my specs. on.. My Medical officer (doctor) didnt even ask me to turn them off. So it was no problem at all..
