Sir any body recived MR via TCS today if then plz share Tracking Number plzzz

i think its time for 6-12 month hold period members to start a new threat to talk about their case separately coz their are too much talk about on this topic in this GENERAL threat..
as we see all  "waiting for Medical"  "Waiting for ppr -1 or 2" has separate threads..
its time  ARSH ALI/ eemmoo to start new thread to talk about specifically related to 6-12 month waiting letter and their consequences separately. as far list is concern STAR is still doing the best job.

just humble request plz.

Seniors ... Can anybody tell me ... which of the following statement I need to tick

- I Authorize Citizenship and Immigration  Canada and Canada Border Service Agency to release information from my case file to the following individual

- I withdraw my authorization to release information from my case file to the following individual

I'm completing the form "IMM5475" for CAIPS notes. It would appreciate if someone give me his contact number who has the full grip on these forms  "IMM5475E" , "IMM5563E". I want to send these ASAP!

Reference 6-12 months the experts on Linkedin say, The name of the subject "Hold letter" is misleading...
They are just telling the application that the waiting line is very long... and expect to wait 6 to 12 month before you hear from the VISA office... so, please don't call us, unless you have an "important" thing to tell us (like marriaage, birth, etc...) that has a real impact and one step ahead on your application...

These experts referred to any source for this info or they are also guessing as we do Smiley

Dear Sir- with due respect, I pray to God that you get your PPR 2 and VISAS stamped as soon as possible as I foresee after that u might not participate on the forum.. The forum is for general discussion on trends and these days, trends for getting 6-12 months wait letter is getting high thus the number of relevant posts are also getting high... No one here has ever stopped anyone from posting any ethical query as all the seniors such as the benchmark, staralihaider, is selflessly helping others to pamper their curiosities... And above all people who have moved to or beyond medical step have relatively lesser queries as they are now in sort of safe zone inshallah.... Anyways we respect your suggestion and a thread is started by emooo1...

As mentioned in 6-12 months letters "subject to admissibility checks", please read para from Linkedin discussion, "Selection requirements and the point score are not part of the admissibility checks. The admissibility checks refer to medical, criminal, war crimes, human rights and national security issues.

The selection requirements refer to assessing the applicant against the selection standards for their particular class, for Federal Skilled Workers education, experience, age, official language proficiency, etc. and as a result generating the points score".

Thanks brother for making it very clear..

Hello Hinakakim,
i think you should wait around 2 - 4 months and inshallah u will receive MR during this time.. if they turned your status to IN PROCESS and then asked u for additional docs, that means that everything on your file is in order so far, and after reviewing the updated docs they should send u the MR.!!!  Smiley
i see in your mesage that u have 76 points!!!  thats is just incredible!!! can i ask the breakdown of your points, as i have never seen anyone get such high points!!!!
do u have family in Canada? or u have some special education? and what was your ielts score?
usually i have seen people get not more than 70 points, so you r quite exceptional...
take care and good luck with your process..
regards..

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. I am really sorry that I revisited the forum after so many days and couldn't see your question.

Here is the breakup:

1.   Education: (22 Points) 4 years bachelors degree in Nursing
2.   English Ability: (14 Points) Overall 6.5 bands - Listening 7.5 (4 points), Reading 5.5 (2 points), Writing 6.5 (4 points), Speaking 6.5 (4 points)
3.   Work Experience: (21 Points) 5 + years of relevant work experience
4.   Age: (10 Points): Was 26 in 2009 at the time of application
5.   Arranged Employment in Canada: (00 Points)
6.   Adaptability: (09 Points) Spouse has a Master's degree plus my spouse's sister is Canadian Citizen

TOTAL Points: 76

Thanks.
