Sorry to hear  this,,

When did you receive your  2nd  file number?
What is the status  of  Ecase? Is it  from RBVO to Decesion made?  or   you got earlier a line  called "we  reviewed  your  file and start  process" and  then you got this  refusal letter.

Dear  Azfar,,

Was it  IN Process with  process  date  or  only  INPROCESS with pending review  line.

If  INPROCESS with pending review  line  and then to decesion made,  then  may be rejection / system error.

Wait  for the official  mail from  them.

Seniors  pls.  correct if  I am wrong

Dear All Guru's,

I had filled my application for immmigration to canada as a skilled worker in NOC 0213 category in April 2010.
In October 2010, I had received acknowledgement letter stating that my application has been recommended. In June 2011 I had received a letter stating that my case has been shifted to London Visa office and in one year the process will be completed.
Now last week I had received a letter in which they had refused my application and reason is "mismatch of duties as per NOC 0213".
As i had seen the NOC 0213 duties and what i had writtn in my application was of same nature but the wording was different. I have 12 years of experience in IT and having certain Project Management and IT certifications in my protfolio.

Please guide me as i want to log an appeal for my case to be re-instate for immigration.

Regards,

AZFAR

Dear mate- sorry to read it... This is a routine reason now on which people are getting rejection, now this can be appealed in court only which involves quite high cost.. Approx 4K to 5K CAD...

It stated that "after assessment of your application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category for the reason noted below:
"The main duties that you listed do not indicate that you performed the action described in the lead statment for the occupation, as set out in the occupation description of the NOC or that you prformed allof the essential duties and a subtantial number of the main duties, as set out in the occupation description of the NOC. Therefore not satisfied tha you are a NOC 0213 Computer and Information System Managers.

Since you did not provide satisfactory evidence that you have work experience in any of the listed occupation, you did not meetthe qurements of the Ministerial Instruction and your application is not eligible for processing."

What source of information you'd provided to justify NOC 0213

e.g. Experience Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Appraisals , Salary Slips

In my case I'd provided all information that I could. Specially in Experience letter I clearly shown them my professional movements during the Job like I'd mentioned Start and End date of designation which I'd awarded at the time of joining then the time period of the next designation and so on and also provide the evidence of the movements as I mentioned above i.e. Appointment , Confirmation, Raise , Appraisal and so on

Sir- we already discussed few days ago, with the help of experiences shared by forum members we can conclude that our JDs are checked very carefully e.g. 0213 is the NOC for managers and if one mention all the duties or majority of them are done by that individual, VO might find it out of NOC JDs... As per their requirement, it's more about planning, managing staff and operation through them, supporting, recommending higher management, forecasting and budgeting etc... Which are normally the managerial tasks

Is there any case of Pre-June applicant in recent days who got refusal letter because of short of points rather than mismatch of duties. Are there any instance in recent days.

This will help us to understand to which extent they have reviewed our files?
