It is surprisingly come to know through a letter received from VO-London saying that I have not submitted my full application to CHC London within 120 days after received a positive assessment from CIO. Therefore my eligibility has determined as negative and they have closed my file with the information that the my refund will be given in 8 to 12 weeks. Furthermore, they advised to file new application according to current rules of the time.
However, my ECAS status was showing as below since November 2010.
We received your application for permanent residence on May 28, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 13, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 27, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 27, 2012.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
It is shocked that how can that be possible when their ECAS data and letter are contradicting to each other.
Senior, please advise what to do with this matter.

I think they both MODESTE and MAJESTE are the same person ( one delivery guy after listening picked as MODESTE while some other picked as MAJESTE).

Dear,
They considered your application incomplete without IELTS, so as per CIC your are fail to provide your complete documents within 120 days as requested. I have seen you have submitted written statement other than IELTS. Now a days they didn't bothered to asked the required documents they straight rejected the case to reduce their backlog. Sorry to hear that but its purely my thinking and i pretty much sure that was the case.

Thank you for your prompt feed back. Probably it is one of the reason. I will share the contents of the letter, later on. Actually this application was filed by the crook consultant name "Johar Consultant" and he had provided the information in the forms other than what I gave him. Now, I am planning to file an new application again in July-2012 according to the applicable NOC. Does it affect, if I give actual information about my Education and Employment? However, I don't know what information were given earlier by the crook consultant. Please advise remedy. Thank you. |

Surprising that your docs reached LVO in just 2 days. Is it because of Fedex? How much did they charge for shipment?
Mine were sent via TCS, despatch on 2nd May, received at LVO on 8th May and I was charged Rs.3950/-
Ohh its too much.... I paid Just Rs. 2750/- from Islamabad. |

There is nor need to worry if you have received an official acknowledgement (2nd AOR) of your complete file to London Office. Sometime due to some bug in their system they are unable to attach CIO file number with new file number issued by London visa office. In this case you can simple email them attaching a letter of acknowledgement and they will revert back to you. |

Near to me, an application is processed after the arising of processing date. Before floating MR, visa office must get background checked like security, education, fund, employer clearance regarding JD and time period etc.
Do explore that anyone got verification regarding you, at-least from your concerned employer. Your decision made may be a system glitch or a resultant of gaps in back ground checking. Try to explore best from your concerned organizations and then inquire from Visa office.
Wishes for you and we must pray for all of us as we are are in same boat and have faith on "No one can deprive ones from what ones has destined".
Seniors please comment.

You didnt ask for the copies of your forms and docs he sent to CHC  ... Even if he is a crook one, he cannot make this basic mistake I guess.... You should write to CHC with scanned copy of your second AOR..... It might help.... Did you send IELTS with your app? |
