Salam everybody,

I have been a silent reader of this forum and really admire the way members help each other here.

I have also received a 6 to 12 waiting letter in March and

the processing date is: 2x-March-12.
my NOC is: 0213

is there anybody here who matches these two critarias?

Any idea when I might get the medical / updated docs request?

Looking forward for the response.

I got it in march, letter dated 23 march and in process date of 20 mar on Ecase

Yes right. But yaar Allah karey k we have passed Paper and selection dec at this stage. If Kenney mama changes rule and applied to retrospectively, then ...........

Since everyone is getting originals back as well and letter also states that it's reviewed... So hope for best or Kenny mama Kay Shar say Allah bachai

Today i have received 6 to 12 months wait letter. Non of my documents returned, just the letter. I don't even know whether this letter was delivered by TCS or by normal post as someone slide the letter in my house.

My noc is 1111
sent my full documents on 9/1/2010
Processing date is March 16, 2012.

Let see what comes next.

Congrats for now dear... If its slided, it must be Pakistan post in a brown envelope of royal post.... Which docs u sent as originals? If its not degrees, then will be returned with medicals inshallah

Canada1234 and my timeline (July 2010) for submitting the final docs is same but he has received the MR while i received the letter to wait for 6/12 months, despite the same NOC.

Wasn't he refused early for points? Then appeal might have triggered his case making it different from urs?

who said u that his case was refused earlier and got inprocess after appeal?  this is wrong.  his case is straight, no refusal earlier.

Since everyone is getting originals back as well and letter also states that it's reviewed... So hope for worst or Kenny mama Kay Shar say Allah bachai

Hello staralihaider and other friends, I hope Ghauri has been told u about my refusal. He told me that msmirza also got refused...so sad to hear. My status was below when 'in process' changed into 'decision made',
"The London England office may contact you.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."  same as of Inam Raheem's. I dont want to dis-heart u inam raheem but just telling u what happened.

Following were 2 reasons for refusal, My Refusal letter is full of stupidity... follow the jokes of the year.

1- I wrote I am at this position since April 2003 and still on it, but he objected "u have not worked even for 1 year at this position in last 10 years....lol, How does that magician came to know?

2- Second objection is that my job duties are mismatching with required NOC 0632 duties......I wrote everything which a hotel related person should perform like, to look after guests, meeting with companies etc etc...I wrote every that duty which were mentioned in that NOC........what does he expect more from a hotel director? ....should I also learn welding, auto mechanic, steel fixer or crane operator?.....lol ...non sence.

I am 100% sure they even didnt check my file, not only mine but many others bcz they just want to clear backlog.
Is there anyone who got the refusal on same basis, is going to appeal against this decision?

I have read about many refusals on this forum due to duties mismatch, but what I think they are actually doing is looking at the entire application and if they are not satisfied with the "over-all" look and feel of the applicant they just mention the reason Duty mismatch as this cannot be challenged in the court.
I have a few questions for you:
1- what was the amount of funds you mentioned in your application.
2- what was your IELTS score.
3- what is your education.

i have received refusal letter from immigration office, my noc is 111, i applied in April 2010, according to senior consultant that my JDS were 70% matching with the benchmark given by the canadian immigration, please advise me what should be my next step. 

what were the duties that you mentioned in your application.

I have been waiting for a long time now, and still I am RBVO, I am planning to apply for studies, this would be the best and quickest way to immigrate, to all those still waiting or who have been refused my advice is to go for study to Canada, this will make immigration easier and will also let you get education credentials from Canada that are essential for a good job.

Now i've heard about proposed idea of Cases before 2008 which doesnt seems to be a good news

as far as i know cases prior to 2008 will be divided into three categories
1- the cases which are almost complete these will be processed by the respective visa offices
2- Canadian provinces have been given a chance to go through all of the prospective immigrants files and those which they select will be invited to apply under PNP.
3- Cases that donot fall in either 1 or 2 will b refused and will have to apply again under new rules.

My advice to you would be to wait and see and hope that you fall under either 1 or 2.
