After address disappearance on Jan 27, my Canada address appeared on Satuday May 5.

Hi mr fap my medical also done on feb 27th 2012, and still my e cas staus has not been updated with medical received line, i think there are other applicants as well on this forum who sent their medicals in feb/march, but their status has not been updated yet. |

My medical results were received by CHC on 28th Feb 2012. Practically we have similar status. Yesterday, i have sent a CSI. Lets see what is their response. regards My Online status is in process

I have been asked by CHC-London to submit list of my travel document. I downloaded this form from the website. When I opened it in Latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader, I am not able to fill it.
Can any one guide me how to fill that form

Please re-confirm it. National identity card number should only be mentioned if someone is 18 years of age. Though CRC [B-form] have same number on it but B-Form is not a national identity card.
For children under 18 years...CRC no. is National ID....as for acquiring passport for child you need that as his / her national ID. |
