Medical request was not marked on the letter from CHC london... they asked for Snaps, Police certificates, financial statement, new forms, Fees etc. Will i still get medical request or they are assessing my application further?

You may get MR within 1-3 month from the date of the additional documents being received by CIC London. You should keep in touch with your local postman of your concerned Post Office.

I've just received the reply from LVO on my inquiry.

Please be advised that a letter was sent on 19 April 2012 to the mailing address on file.

My status had changed from InProcess to Decision Made on 24th April. However my ecas details are still same as in RBVO. My status never went into RBVO it was InProcess when I received my 2nd AOR.

Ecas details don't have the processing date neither it mentions that the decision has been made.

Please note that the reply from visa office is sent from "Immigration and Medical Services Division". Do I still have any chance or is it a rejection as I read on this forum somewhere that this division is responsible for sending out medicals.

I will appreciate your comments.

-IMM0008/SCHEDULE1 UPDATED FORMS
-IMM5406 FORMS
-IMM5562E FORMS
-POLICE CERTIFICATE QATAR - PRINCIPLE APPLICANT
-POLICE CERTIFICATE PAKISTAN - SPOUSE
-ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS

There are three types of IMM008, Which IMM008 i had to fill and send to CHC:

a-  imm0008_3e
b- IMM0008DEPENU
c- IMM0008ENU_2D_2

Original documents i have sent them earlier along with my complete application. CHC sent back the originals on my number of requests. Now again they are asking for originals. Should i send originals or notarized photocopies?

I am also in same situation. Nothing heard from them on my case except for their standard replies. I think you may wait till mid of may and then shoot an email again to check your status. There is nothing else we can do to speed up our process.

My guess is that they wish to further assess your declarations before they seek medicals as med exams involve certain costs and they might not wish applicants to incur costs on a process before hand. So all is well, let them vet your application, you will get med instructions very soon.
