 if ppl around here knew this everyone has gone for this option as its not that easy to get a job offer . but still you can try I guess most of us know about it, it involves money also to get one (it is very hard to get it genuinely sitting in Pakistan)... The whole case could take around 18000 CAD , so quite expensive to Pursue .... |

Today i checked my status of canadian immigration and it says..DM
The timeline is as follows:
We received your application for permanent residence on June 15, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 18, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

can other people who have sent there children pictures give their names.

I was asked to provide my children pictures mainly for the issuance of medical documents (my both daughters are less than 5 years). |

If you are a Pre-June 2010 applicant then leave the column blank as MI-1 has got no UCI no.
Or....you can just drop an email to CHC london. They will respond you with UCI within couple of days (my personal experience). |

Need guidance...............
I have received medical on 8 Feb 2012. Medical done on 22 march 12. All other supporting documents including (Police clearence, Proof of funds, recent pictures etc) were send on 28 April 2012. Still "In progress" is shown on ECAS service.
How long it will take to be on the next step. (Passport request).
Kindly guide.

Hi, I have also send latest pictures of children alongwith updated form and other documents on 16-03-12 and waiting for MR. Khalid! you are lucky that got a quick response/MR from LDN VO. Other members with same situation, plz stay in touch and share if anyone else gets MR in coming days. |

Please visit the Post Office, meet officials, be very polite/friendly tell them that are waiting for an important letter (brown color envelop half the size of A4 originated from UK). Take the Cell Number of Post Man, also give him your number, give him small amount as Eidi. Promise more on the delivery of that letter.
Keep calling him on daily basis, exchange nice words.
I am suggesting you, because my MR letter was delivered at a wrong address and I got the forms after almost 14 days. Thanks to neighbor who was kind enough to locate me, because I was told by many that you will hear after 12 months so I was not conscious at all. Honestly I had no idea that this can happen to me.
Thanks I will my passport is expiring on 8 jan 2013 (after 7 month) shall i made new one at this stage ? |
