Dear All, yes I know next step cud be anything . but i m hope for the best. as abt 12 yrs back i got the immigration which we turned down due to parents in law illness- now all ok.
full dox were subimitted in AUG -2010.

Means I don't have to send my Wife details, on top it states Send Duplicate form for each 18 & above  applicant and on form they have crossed spouse. Please guide.

They asked me for only Principal Applicant. Not for spouse.

Today i received another letter from london it includes IMMIGRANT SUMMARY FORM and on this form they marked big crossed on the spouse column and only principal column available. Is it means that only principal applicant fill this form ?  and how to fill this form by computer OR by hand ?

Secondly In AT BIRTH row , what we will write and what does this mean ?

Hi Ali,

U can write it by hand for sure, but could also feed it into the computer & type it. But writing by hand is a non-issue, no problems.

That's Surname At Birth. Eg. Spouse's Surname at birth & after marriage changes.

Yes, they don't need it for ur spouse.

Dear two and half months passed my e status is in process with date ,no update ,no e mail reply from LVO what i dooooooooooooooooooooooo plz tell memmmmm??

I got also my Ecas changed into In Process on April 27th of April, BUT, last line is showing as below:


We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 27, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 27, 2012.
 
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
What does it means? is it refused?

You just visit the College and your last university  with ur documents and put them in envelopes and ask the authorities of these institutions to stamp them.

Today I managed to despatch updated information to LVO in response to VO letter dated 5th March 2012. Info sent are:

Covering letter explaining update / additional docs;
Copy of letter from LVO dated 05-03-2012;
New Application form;
Updated national identity docs with certified English translation;
New Sch A Background / Declaration;
New add family info form;
Updated bio-page of passports;
RPRF (Bank draft in CAD);
Updated police certs for all members over 18;
Proof of transferrable funds - Balance cert from bank, National Saving, Valuation certificates for properties and copies of property docs;
Supplementary info - Your Travels;

The above info is shared for all such forum members who have just recvd letter fro LVO for add / updated documents.

Furthermore, it is expected that our medical reports have already been sent to LVO by IOM, Karachi.

I received my med in march....2012

I strongly recommend to act accordingly as Arsh Ali said....
Moreover, run to your post office....search TCS.....
I received medicals via local post....

Today I got addition of "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 25, 2012" in my Ecas with the same stage of In Process.

What does it mean, positive or negative?
Does it means that my JD's are aligned and my case has passed the required 67points for further processing???

Please advice
