Please Advise....Have received letter from LVO.
Asking to submit Immigrant Summary Form, they have crossed my spouse section and have asked PRINCIPAL APPLICANT section to be filled. I'm JULY'09 applicant and done with Medical, this is after an email I received on same date stating to send Schedule A form again with no gaps in dates, which I have already sent and now I have received this letter. Please give your insights on this!!!!

Means I don't have to send my Wife details, on top it states Send Duplicate form for each 18 & above applicant and on form they have crossed spouse. Please guide. |

Hello Farry UK, u dont need to send uniuversity transcripts in an sealed envelop.. just get them attested and notarized and send them.. i m from a MBA Marketing person.. from where did u do your mba and when? thanx  |

It depends whether they maintained the particular category in the upcoming rules or not. Secondly, I think the same condition of sending original transcripts in university sealed envelope will persist. Though few applicants in the past were accepted only on photocopies without the sealed university envelope but I'd suggest to act according to what requirement has written in CIC guide. All VO's are not of same nature they might refuse your case on such small thing. Rest is upto you. Regards.. |
