We are in the same boat. My status is as follows:
- NOC 4131
- Initial Application August 2009
- Full Document Sent Dec 2009
- In Process with date 27th Jan 2009
- Address disappeared yesterday & come back today with the same status i.e. In Process with date. No line added for Decision Made
- I sent them 2 inquiries regarding Medical/update form request from their side in previous 2 months. However, they replied the file is still waiting for IO review and we update you as soon as any mail will be send at your address.
I hope something will go better for all of us.

Where u heard it from? CIC might be saying no as they might have caps filled by now... CHC is saying no and yes both, depending on applications.. I think they are not letting go a minor mistake as our cases are more 'distant assessment' type for them, they don have time and will to verify much ... |

on Monday at LVO via Fedex. Interesteding fact
is they did not ask me for the following:
. Proof of Funds
. Proof of relationship (I have a sibling in
canada)
. Pictures
. Passport Copies
. Original Degrees
Not sure if I should have sent them anyways ? please share if any comments

One of my frnd applied for NOC 0213 in Feb 2008(do not remember exact date) and got in in-progress since 4th Marh 2008.
Still it is showing in-progress, what does it mean??

my address disappeared yesterday..had sent an email inquiry about intial review pending...address came back yesterday evening....and got an email reply from London...
your documents have been recvieved and placed on file..we anticipate completing reviews of all M1 cases by june 2012.

Hi Haral, When did you send inquiry email? Was it directly to email ID for from web form? -shiraz my address disappeared yesterday..had sent an email inquiry about intial review pending...address came back yesterday evening....and got an email reply from London...
your documents have been recvieved and placed on file..we anticipate completing reviews of all M1 cases by june 2012.
