PSDEC - Paper Selection Decision - (if it is 1 in your CAIPS notes) then this means the file / documents you have submitted to LVO are all ok and you passed this stage.

SELDEC - Selection Decision - means you have passed the eligibility review as per MI1, means you have one+ or more as per your reference letter, year experience within that 38 NOCs list & it is acknowledged by visa officer.

After this stage, you are now kept in to IN PROCESS, which means they are verifying your degrees / experience letters / funds / police certificates.

Dear MAsunny, In my case it is happening is reverse order. I have IP status with date but In reply of inquiry they said my file is with VO and awaiting review which means PSDEC and SELDEC has not done so far.

Dear Seniors,

I have applied in Nov, 2009 and send full documents in April, 2010. under 0111.
My case was in process with no address in Feb 2012, after which it started showing address again with line "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 1, 2012. "

I also receieved letter in Feb 2012 from London VO to submit updated,
IMM008/ IMM5406/ IMM5562 /IMM5669/ New Police Certificates/ Landing Fees/ 2 new photographs/ letters from job, pay slips etc.

I have submitted all above. Can any one suggest how long I need to wait after this? Can any one been through this stage and tell me how long he has waited or how long he's waiting.

Whats the next stage? Medical???

Yes the next stage is medicals and get ready may be it is on the way for you, our case is similar and my medicals are dispatched already from chc

Yes, and while sending these add docs, i requested in the letter to inform me when medicals are sent so that I can follow up with post office. 2 days ago I got email from chc that medical instructions will be dispatched today

and when did you send this fees and additional documents, as I have sent nearly 15 days ago. so that I can also assume timeline for my case.

I am 2009 applicant, got PA in Jan 2010. Was waiting for medical and today received email from CHC Islamabad to appear in an interview where as my file was transferred to London office. any body got interview call from CHC isb whose case is in CHC London. How to prepare.

Yes my cousin had in Dec 2011 for almost 2 hours at Islamabad CHC. Its all about you had mentioned in your application about your education, experience your thinking and point of view about society, religion, terrorism etc.

most importantly who had traveled a lot has to satisfy the visa officer about the purpose of stay in other countries. carefully go through the forms submitted to match the dates you mentioned for jobs and education.

Yes my cousin had in Dec 2011 for almost 2 hours at Islamabad CHC. Its all about you had mentioned in your application about your education, experience your thinking and point of view about society, religion, terrorism etc.

most importantly who had traveled a lot has to satisfy the visa officer about the purpose of stay in other countries. carefully go through the forms submitted to match the dates you mentioned for jobs and education.

Based on the High Commission of Canada in Singapore, it is determined that MI1 or Pre June 2010 will not get any medicals for all the regular applications and this applies to all VOs including NDVO.

As expected, we will not get any update for medicals or updated document request until end of July 2012.
In July 2012 new quota will be announced for new and old applications.
No guarantee for old applications, as there are responses to CSQ that final decision may or not occur in 2012.

Please don't disappointed with various updates in the forum, I am still positive as usual.
