No offense, but why doesn't your cousin write himself? The degree obtained and the job experience (total 1.5 years!) are in conflict. The big question is; would the six-month English discourse diploma acceptable for NOC (HRSDC) JD? What does he have to say about it?

I have my reservations about his case. Seniors any takes please??

Regards,

Manj

Dear all/Seniors/

My cousin has a masters degree in economics and a six-month diploma of "Written and spoken discourse for English Language Teaching"......he has joined an institution of modern languages 1.5 years ago as a Teacher/Tutor English language.

Earlier he had served in a school as English language teacher for four years.   (Total work experience 5.5 years)
His main duties are same mentioned in 4131 for tutor/teacher of modern language institution.

Does he qualify for NOC 4131? pls guide

But Manj bhai,  Following three points are mentioned besides others in the Requirements for 4131:
A bachelor's degree, a college diploma or demonstrated expertise in the field of instruction is required.
A master's degree in the field of instruction may be required.
A certificate, diploma or degree in adult education may be required.

So i believe six months diploma would be acceptable for the CIC canada, he has also work experience of teaching in a school....would do u say?
Cousin would join the forum soon...

Dear Tipu,

You should wait patiently as the NS replies are being delayed upto 100 days. Also keep checking your email very religiously (including spam folder) so that you do not miss out their acknowledgment mail.

Good Luck,

Manj

I think that his case is very difficult and needs expert opinion. It is for this reason I requested other senior member's input. I would also suggest that you consult a professional consultant for your cousin's case.

I cannot get your point, have you sent your passport without paying any charges to TCS ? in that case i do not think CHC Isb will pay cash to get your passport. You must check with TCS whether they have delivered the passport or not.
I think you are confused, most probably you have sent the passport by regular TCS and expect the CHC Isb to deliver it back through TCS COD if thats the case then relax you will get once your passport is stamped with Visa.

To get points for work experience for any NOC, applicant DO NOT need to fulfill education requirement for that NOC
