To all the seniors!!! Please help
I have applied in noc 0111 as a finance officer but noc 0111 are suppose to be finance managers but my duties were that of finance manager, so would it affect my application as my application is in process, I have one more question now a days Iam finance manager so if I send them my latest update would that be a plus point..
I need ur suggestions....

Dear Seniors,
I applied in May 2010 and sent my complete set of docs in Feb 2011.
The london office sent me a courier in Aug 2011 stating that they have received my documents and they will review and let me know accordingly. (and it was mentioned that incase if I don't receive any information in 8 months, i am suppose to contact them).
Recently my estatus changed to "in process" on April 10 2012. Can you tell me what would be the next step? and how much more time is expected?

Congrats...... Medical is simple....They will take, blood sample, urine sample, chest xray, and B.P Check, eye sight...Nothing serious.....Dont worry for this....My boy is 3.5 yrs old...They didn't take any blood sample, urine sample, or chest xray..... Medical is a big break through, or a big mile stone achieved in immigration process, and psychologically we take medical on our nerves...where as its very simple... Yes one thing you should do...when u are done with your medicals, do ask them to provide you the tracking number of TCS...so that you should know, your medical has reached LVO. |

I just got the med done through IOM, my son is also 4 1/4 years old, they just carried out physical examination, Strictly No X-Ray and No Blood Test in his case. Charges are also almost 50%. |

Yes you can at any time. I assume that your file is starting with Bxxxxxxx...or go for GCMS if it starts with Exxxxxxx.

I had applied as a primary applicant for Federal Skilled Worker Program along with my spouse and three kids on 24th of May 2010. I applied with complete prerequisites and prescribed fee(draft worth Canadian $1550 enclosed)
Almost Two years have gone by but no acknowledgement received so i emailed canada office and some CIO from sydney replied my email and told me to contact london office as my file has been sent there so i emailed them in london but never got no reply from london ofiice yet
is there any chance i can check my status as it has been two years would be good to knw whats hapening with my file?

have you received an email from Nova Scotia after submitting initial application? If so, the email must have a Immigration File number. Use the number by filling in the following website https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas |

At last I got reply from CHC LDN after 12 days.

When would they complete review. After two months of processing date my file is still awaiting review. On 12th March I got reply that "my file is in process or awaiting review" Whats going on? if my file is awaiting review then whats the meaning of processing date? If they are conducting background checks then they must mention it. does it mean they are processing cases of priority NOCs like my NOC is not on priority. This time i got reply form Program Assistant rather then Client Service Unit. Is there any significance of getting reply from Program Assistant or Client Service Unit.
What would you suggest on this situation, Processing date and this reply. Am I on safe side or something else can still happen.
