Can you please let me know? usually when CHC responses after they complete the background and verification done. In a case specific enquiry in Jan-2012 we had informed by CHC the background check is completed and queue for decision make offiicer review.

Hey how significant is getting 'IN PROCESS' with the addition of this line "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April XX, 2012.""

And what does this all mean?

My app was sent to Lon. in Jan 2011, 2 AOR Jun 2011 and now this latest development that iv just mentioned...

SO WHAT NOW? WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?

Your case is very similar to mine, you should now expect to receive medical request, new app form, background decl on new form, payment for RPRF abd supp travel declaration form. I recvd req letter dated March 5th 2012. Read my earlier posts for time line etc.

 Today I got police clearance certificate   from SaudiArabia .Should i have to attest the english translation from MOFA or just send the

I sent CSI through web form on 11th April and no reply yet. As i sent CSI on 2nd April which was unsuccessful. Shall I send CSI again or wait for some more time. most of the applicants are getting reply in 4-7 days. In past I also received replies  in 4-7 days but this time its taking too much time.

Please advice what to do?

I am in same situation as you ! I have also sent 3 CSI but did not receive any response from CHC LDN
as you have noticed correctly that they are replying to people with 2-3 days  but not replying to us ?
I think they reply us and end our confusion !!!

I think it depends on the visa officer who is dealing your case, not all are same, some of them may be lazy

Dear All,

I dont know whether this is to early to discuss it here. But if rules are changed by CIC and they want to appply it retrospectively that what will be the fate of MI 1 applicants who has not received any decision on their files before. Isn't this a cruel act from them. Also we are not sure in what sequence they are reviewing the files. Applicants with the same timelines are receiving different responses from London. Some in the form of meds, document updates and some with the letter to wait for 6 to 12 months. What about majority of those who are still waiting for any response. Will those applicants be axed under new rules? What the hell they are up to?
