They didnt give me any link for this form they simply send me this single page form with covering letter that send back this form in 30 days.

Yeah. Actually its two set of forms. I wonder why they only asked you for this form and not personal net worth statement. I think they have no concerns with your proof of funds. Thanks

Are you MI-3 applicant or MI-2.

That is what I said not every body is asked to fill this form. It is meant for pre juners or SAP. Thanks

And here, MI stands for Ministerial Instructions. So MI1 to 3, refer towards those ministerial instructions (immigrations policies) that pertains to each period as mentioed above.

Dont worry From last 4 months mostly applicants are getting Travel Supplementary Request IMM5562 form.

These forms does not means that this candidate is on full security checks.

My RPRF, PCC, updated dox etc. were received at CHC LDN on 28th Mar. Also my MR has reached CHC as per courier tracking that my DMP gave me. Today I received this email from CHC London:

Dear Applicant,
 
In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.
 
Updated forms which are available on our website:
New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself - the form that you have recently submitted only listed the Personal History to July 2010. Please complete a new form and ensure that Personal History is listed from the age of 18 to the present date.
 
Please forward all requested documents together to the address below within 30 days from the date of this email. If we do not hear from you within that period, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused. Please allow four months for us to review incoming correspondence. All documents submitted in support of your application are subject to verification with the issuing authority. Please do not contact us unless there are significant issues which need to be brought to our attention. Please quote your file number on all correspondence, including the envelope. Your file number is included in the subject field of this email. bla bla bla..........

I have already submitted my correct personal history (on a separate sheet) way back in April 2010 along with Full documents. And obviously they have reviewed and accepted, as I have received MR, RPRF etc. I took Printouts of same sheet (with addition of my current activities) and submitted recently which they have not accepted and sent me this absurd email that I believe is a total nonsense . All I can do now is to courier that same info with a covering letter trying to explain things in simplest way and pray if those dumb VOs are able to understand this time.

Whatever it is, I reckon there must be some deep *censored word* going on at CHC LDN these days.

Last month i have sent them all additional updated documents+supplymentary form, RPRF fee, Medicals, original degrees,PCC, Proof of funds,  on visa officer request.

Today they send back our Original Documents  and request for this IMMIGRANT SUMMARY FORM for principal applicant .

WHY ?

I think we need to understand that we are liable to provide any information asked by VO at any time. If they can just reject 280,000 applicants with single legislation, then we can expect any thing from them. its we who are seeking immigration to Canada (they can get immigrants from many other countries)...so just chill...provide what ever information they ask...how many times they ask...curse them if you want to ....or dont if you dont want to..... but just chill and enjoy your life here

Just wana share that By the grace of GOD today i received PPR1 via email. There is one little confusion for which i need seniors advice, as in the letter they sent its written:

Submit the documents listed below to our office in London.
1. Clear photocopies of your passport and the passports of each accompanying family member. The
passports must meet the Passport Specifications on page 2 of this letter because these are the passports you will use to travel to Canada.
2. The Updated Information Chart on page 3 fully completed for you and each accompanying family member.
Submit these three items within 45 days of the date of this letter (or the date of the email if you received this byemail).

As u can see above they had mentioned two documents to be submitted passport copies and info charts.
but at the end the have written submit these three items within 45 days where as the items mentioned are two.

do u guys think they forgot to write photo graphs, shall i send photographs too if yes what are the size and background required for the  photographs.

Congrats Abbas!!

For photographs, you can go to any photo studio which provides Canadian Immigration photograph services. If you are in Karachi, then go to Dosani, as per my experience, they are the best.
