Hey...Im a feb 2010 applicant. 2nd AOR was received on 10/10/2010. NOC-1111. My status just changed to DM from Pending. Im in a fix got i got married and moved to a new address a month ago and was sending across an email to update the CHC. Now i don't know how to proceed. Should i wait for their correspondence and then send the email or should i shoot it across.

When did you noted status changed to DM. If today?

I don't know exactly. Its been three weeks since i last checked the online system and at that time it was "pending". The details of the DM say that the London office may contact you. How does one know whether this decision is a positive reply or not. And should i update them right away.

Dear I fully support whatever you have mentioned, except one thing. Please read my post carefully, I have clearly stated that I have already provided them most current info till the date I submitted the Form i.e., March 2012, by clearly mentioning the dates of 2012 against my activities, and they say It was only till July,2010 and asking for it again, which is absurd. If you understand whatever I've explained, it'll be quite easy to decide who is wrong, Me or CHC.

Secondly, I have already put breaks on that pointless debate, plz read my last post. Its him not willing to give up, in fact he is trying to mess with others as well.

I am really happy to read your words. If you believe i understood your comment wrong then i stand corrected. However you know its official. Even if they ask it again and again we have no other option other than complying. Rest i believe we should do good on our part. And forget the rest.....I hope and pray that he also reads my comments with a cool mind. and adopt accordingly.

I have been visiting this forum since 2009, and it is serving to a greater extent than it actually was intended to by the admins. So just bear with them (CIC) and wait for the good news....May ALLAH be with all of us and ease our bearings......

They did not ask you to submit RPRF ? strange, and yes we should provide only what has been asked for, but now you need to wait, you may order caips if you want, but your case is not unusual, CHC is playing waiting game with most of the applicants.

Here is the example you have to fill this form .Suppose your full name is   Star Ali Haider and your surname is Star then

1. SURNAME
A) NOW...................... STAR
B) AT BIRTH.................STAR
C) OTHER SURNAMES.......N/A

2. FORENAME(S)...........ALI HAIDER

You can print the form in black or blue ink or you can get it done by typewriter , whichever suitable for you .
Please note you have to send this form in duplicate

I think this form is just to verify certain information provided earlier. this is good sign that things age moving forward in positive direction. As nothing special or new information is asked in the form.

Thank you kanamen. But why they need this form?

Last month i have sent them all additional updated documents+supplymentary form, RPRF fee, Medicals, original degrees,PCC, Proof of funds,  on visa officer request.

Today they send back our Original Documents  and request for this IMMIGRANT SUMMARY FORM for principal applicant .

WHY ?

Starali please don't mind me and don't take me wrong but as per my observation and previous readings from this forum this form was asked by SAP applicants (Pre june 2008) mainly. There was also another form they asked i-e Personal net worth statement with this form. Its not a good sign if they ask this form, that means they gonna do further checking in your case and it can be delayed. Just my opinion and all the best and wish you faster processing. Thanks

Hey All it is just an new updates, i have recived Additional Documents Request today , please note i had mentioned earlier i got a BfD of 1 March 2011 in my CAIPS NOTES and they have opened my file and send request to sumbmit IMMIGRANT SUMMARY FORM & SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION FORM

if any of you have been requested to submit those form please share your expirence and Time line when did you submit this form and what is current status ...

Got PPR Request in May 2011

As Last ... i have got my PPR .... StarAliHaider please update in the List ..

been asked for update PCC from current residency(UK) hopefully will submit my pp by next week....

VISA in June 2011

Thanks GOD ......   Finally Today i got my passports back with Visa & COPR

Note to People who have or going  to submit Passports to London Visa Office personally , they usually says to collect the passport after two week .. but mostly the passport will be ready by next Thursday .. so no harm to give a try .. i got it in a week ...

Ok. I wish you good luck but no post june Pakistani applicant has reported that he / she was asked to submit this form. Only Pre junes are asked I suppose. This is my opinion they do further checks when you submit this form. Thanks

OHH dear this IMMIGRANT SUMMARY FORM is not the problem.

On this forum there are many applicants who didnt get this request but unfortunately they are still waiting and stuck in background checks form 8 to 12 months.

Ok check this link where forum member shibuya said if you are asked for this form it further delays and they put you on full security check. Check the following link. If you also see the form they again ask for your full personal history and occupations etc. Why is that when you had already provided that info before? So in my opinion by submitting this form they further do some checks. Thanks

          If u r not asked by CHC London abt the supplementary forms do not fill it and send from ur own will since this forms are not asked for all the candidates. Moreover these forms delay the process further since they put those candidates on full security check.
