. All I can do now is to courier that same info with a covering letter trying to explain things in simplest way and pray if those dumb VOs are able to understand this time.

Whatever it is, I reckon there must be some deep *censored word* going on at CHC LDN these days.

Carefully read my post, I hv clearly mentioned that I did submit my updated Personal History. And BTW who are you to analyze other's eligibility for canadian immigration.? And I know what language to use, u better mind your own business. I havn't used any offensive words. you need to take english classes before posting on this forum. And take your words back I hv highlighted above. This is offensive language that u should not use on this forum.

Can anyone tell me when "Additional Medical Examination" is needed as what could be the error/problem/findings in first medical examination? Is there a chance of rejection? have anyone, in this forum, was requested or have Idea of what would be the " Additional Medical Examination".

Dear All Forum Members:

I would like to share following info.

Our medical examination were completed t/day 19-04-2012, apparently all went well and hopefully our med reports will be sent to VOL on time i.e. due by 5th May 2012.

Can any of worthy members guide us re waiver of interview, does seeking med reports, some new forms, updated police certs and rprf by VOL signify waiver of interview?

Shall be grateful.

Ok, if Dumb is an offensive word in my post then what would you call it in your post, my dear (I think you are dumb to understand their requirement). I used it generally for some unknown VO while you are directly pointing this to me, which I wont tolerate  in any case. This forum is to help others, not calling them Dumb. I just expressed my grudge in limits, never tried to offend anyone, but you are directly attacking me and trying to assassinate my character by portraying a false insight against me. You owe me an apology but I think I am wasting my time here. So, stop this debate right now, I dont wana see any of your reply against my post.

Re additional med exam i was informed by IOM that these are required if on the basis of your med reports and exam report the VO may require a more thorough analysis and satisfy any doubts re any med condition.

In my opinion Khan baba is ryt he is only discussing, not using abuse language.

Have you both ever seen HYENAS trying to hunt. When they are unsuccessful they start fighting and biting each other...Grow up both of you. And stop making a fuss over an issue at which you both are at fault.....dont let the frustration get to you.....You both are wrong in one way or the other.....Khan...they have clearly stated they want updated info....as of 20th APRIL 2012. Not till April 2010. So you are wrong their in passing your judgement about CHC....they are right and you are wrong....and Kanamen, you are wrong in giving judgements about other people. The other day i read some where and i posting it here . Its a quote from Albert Einstein...."Whoever undertakes to set himself up as a judge of Truth and Knowledge is shipwrecked by the laughter of God ".....I hope you both would understand what i mean....and would say sorry to each other and act like grown ups......

Dear I fully support whatever you have mentioned, except one thing. Please read my post carefully, I have clearly stated that I have already provided them most current info till the date I submitted the Form i.e., March 2012, by clearly mentioning the dates of 2012 against my activities, and they say It was only till July,2010 and asking for it again, which is absurd. If you understand whatever I've explained, it'll be quite easy to decide who is wrong, Me or CHC.

Secondly, I have already put breaks on that pointless debate, plz read my last post. Its him not willing to give up, in fact he is trying to mess with others as well.

Hi Star,

They basically need this information for the Principal Applicant only, and not the Spouse.
You will have to fill it by hand.
'AT BIRTH' means you need to mention your Surname at the time of your birth. Since you're a guy, your surname will be the same.
