Is there anyone with NOC 1111 got the same letter/email from CHC London???

up till now i haven't seen any NOC 1111 applicant. mostly NOC 4131, 0213 or may be some other who submitted their documents to CHC London in 2nd Quarter of 2010 are getting 6-12 months letter.

Guys i need your opinion about this letter what exactly it is and what is next ?
am i safe and next step will be medical or sattus is still same unsure ?

I hope you are safe, but they have kept you for visa quota in 2013, so end of this year you may get medicals

Dear All

After reviewing different applicants caipsnotes. I found some useful information.

Those who got IN Process with date , there next BFD date will be Exactly after 4 months from the date of In process.

This is almost 90% confirmed.

There are many examples on this forum but i am pasting here 2 example:

So you mean they will not take any action before 4 months, for me 29th Feb is processing date, then my mediclas will be sent after 29th june only ?

They will take action in 4 months on any time.

These days chc is replying quickly within 3 days, but you better mail them on email address do not use web portal for enquiry

I sent an e-mail on 2nd April by web form but did not get confirmation of receipt and reply so far. I again sent an e-mail on 11th April by web form and this time i got confirmation of receipt but did not get reply so far. what should i do? shall i wait or send another e-mail?

i think its good for u and when did u send ur documents to london office and what mail did u send them

well i requested to send me scanned copy of my letter which they sent by mail and i didnt receieve and same day they sent this scanned copy of letter .

This means those who got processing dates and have passes more than 1 month are in safe zone and hopefully will get MR in 4 months after processing date addition in ecase?

well i requested to send me scanned copy of my letter which they sent by mail and i didnt receieve and same day they sent this scanned copy of letter .

Quite quick response. When did you submit your full documents to CHC LDN and whats your NOC.

I sent my application to Nova Scotia in June 2009 and sent my all documents to Isb HC in Nov 2009. I got a letter from LHC on March 7, 2012 to submit new documents including new forms, snaps, financial statements, police certificates, and RPRF. Now i have following question for which i need help:

Q1) My last name has been changed recently. Is it fine that I submit copy of my new passport and true translation of CNIC... do i need to write an explanation letter as well?
Q2) I have a bank account in USA as well where I have kept few thousand dollars. Can I send an statement of that account to LHC as well?

Write an explanation about your name change and if possible include some proof, yes you can show more than one bank accounts.
Our timelines are same and I have got same documents request.

I actually can not get a hard copy of my bank statement/letter from Bank of America. Is it fine if i get an e-copy of my statement?

Try to get hard copy, dont take risk, e copy will have no value unless stamped by bank, but still it should be on bank letter head.

Dear no body can give you exact answers of your questions... Only CAIPS can give you clue... From the wording of this letter, we all are assuming it as a positive sign however no one can give confirmation on anything in current situation....
