Dear Khalid Yes I know 6-12 month letters are not refusal but since this month everyone is getting refusal letters. In 1st phase they send medicals & IN-Process updates. In 2nd phase they send 6 -12 month letters and now they are sending refusal letters. I am woundering wether I will get the refusal letter as well. I am april 2010 applicant and NOC is 0213. No, letters to wait 6-12 months are not refusals

Dear i belong to the same NOC and my processing date is March,16 2012 and still i haven't received any update. I even e-mail them using the web-portal, received the acknowledgement e-mail but no response as of today.
What about?

Check this decision made after medicals.
Is this the 2nd case of DM after medicals ? yesterday there was one, but it seems that it may be the reason of getting approved then they turned DM and now they will send ppr, |
