DECISION MADE 1 April 2012

today i received a letter stating refusal to my application,all the reasons
1. Duties donot match my NOC
2.I could not produce the proof for arranaged employment.
3.DONOT have one year work experience
         
First of all all my duties were according to NOC.Secondly i never mentioned of arranged employment in my application.In last i have relevant experience of more than 5 years in my field.Furthermore i didnot receive back my experience certificates and transcripts of my degrees.Need expert opinion of what to do now.looking forward for sincere advice.thanks

Immediately make an enquiry and tell them about all this that u have 5years of experience and you didn't mention that u have arranged employment and also attached a copy of your experience letter send them via email , fax or courier ASAP.

INSHALLAH there must be some kind of mistake , and they'll start processing on Ur application soon . Amen

I have received the same Rejection Letter today !!!! supporting proof and evidence was provided and my performed duties and responsibilities were much more than what is mention in their lead statement description..

My Status Still shows In Process and I have HIGH doubts that they are not even reviewing the cases properly and are sending the rejection letters blindlyy..

Sending then an email immediately!

Two months passed after status changed in process with date,no update ,no mail ,no letter ,where i stand?

I THINK YOU SHOULD TO WAIT AND WAIT. IN MY CASE I HAVE BEEN REQUESTED BY THE VO TO SUBMITTED THE NEW UPDATED DOCS IN JULY, 2011 AND THEN MY FILE UNDERGOING FOR BACKGROUND CHECKS SINCE AUGUST ,2011 TILL TO DATE. SO NO NEED TO LOSE YOUR HEAR NOR COURAGE

I had submitted my updated documents in march 2012 ( IMM0008+ Sch. A, PCC, Updated photos all family)
I had sent email just to confirm whther they have receved my doc or not. they had replied me following

Thank you sending your documents. We are currently in the process of conducting background/ security checks for this application. This is a lengthy process that can take several months. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of the file.

I was not asked travel history ( I had travelled many countries only for 4-20 days only, creational purpose only). I had many members from this discussion forum, majority of senior members advices me to send travel history.I had done same.
I think that is main reason for delay of my application.they have mentioned it may take several months.that was a big mistake. Any member can predict how much time it may take for security check aproximately? and what should I do? should I order CAIPS notes at this stage.

suddenly after a sudden frenzy of activity london visa office has gone dead. has any applicant got status changed from "RBVO" to "in-process" in the past month.

Dear :last month London office was very active even other offices as well .But it was observed that some certain NOC were treated on priority in london office .In which 0111 and 1111 were one of them and unforunatly rejection was  also high .
Mostly , who received update  from sept 2009 till jan 2010 but 0111 . it is also observed they trEated some NOCs till July . Hope for the best

They mean that if your JD and noc does not match with priority occupations list, then to cover that if u have arranged employment it will work, but you dont have it, that is why they mention about AEO

I am in a state of anxiety and confusion.

My Ecas has been changed from "IN PROCESS" to "DECISION MADE".

NO medical received lines has been added, no address re-appeared and no e-mail. 

So confused.

They should consider A levels as 13 yrs, because u have studied 13 yrs.
