      You Re working as a secondary school teacher and the NOC for that profession is 4141 which is not in the 38 NOC list. My own point of view is since at start you are not in the 38 NOC list, It doesn' matter your job responsibilites to those of 4141. so you wonT be qualified then for those 4141 code. Let seniors pass comment about your situation.

As You wife works as a lecturer and teaches english at College Level, Therefore she comes in the list and and would call it college instructor, in other words we call it lecturer, Your wife can qualify for it.

I have myself applied as a lecturer under 3141 and 4141 Both. I have worked 2 years at college level as a lecturer,and more than 4 years again at college level as a secondary school teacher. I Myself would have not qualified, had I not been worked as a lecturer for 2 years. Good Luck

My cousin has applied under Simplified Application Process in Jan 2007. After that he got married and two months ago he has become a father.

Unfortunately, the baby has a big hole in the heart. One operation has already been done at the age of only 1 month.

My question is that "Will this create problem in the Medical?"

My cousin has applied under Simplified Application Process in Jan 2007. After that he got married and two months ago he has become a father.

Unfortunately, the baby has a big hole in the heart. One operation has already been done at the age of only 1 month.

My question is that "Will this create problem in the Medical?"

   @    Z.Y.Z, I am afraid that no one at this thread (alteast not me) can answere your query because we all are not that much expert to reply your post. You must visit DMP (or a good and sincere  consultant) in your city and ask them.

At the time of Physical check up if DMP has found some abnormalities in baby then it could be a problem as heart treatment expenses exceed from Public Fund.

Series of Tests is almost Completed...but the good thing this time is , I will be informed clearly about my test reports before CHC, India. Tests Include (ESR), CT Scan OF CHEST and Mantoux (TB TEST).......Alhamdollillha At this stage i have ruled out TB with a negetive Mantox Test And just remained with CT Scan to just identify the History of This old spot........Pray for me Manj Bhai and I  wish that you have accpetance letter before EId, InshaAllha. My All prays and love is for a wonderful person like you. Over all all of the Brothers and sisters of this Forum really were a great source of encourgement at this critical stage.

I am not an expert myself but could understand the situation a bit more clearly than you because you are emotionally involved and may be overlooking the critical aspects of eligibility. Yes I would need more details on you for further analysis. I would also suggest that you please refer to Lynx-eyed reply to Drxavior (Reply #3142 on: September 11, 2009, 03:30:04 pm). It might be relevant to your case.

I also suggest that you consult some professional in the field to get professional opinion. If you are in Pindi/Islamabad, I could refer you to someone trustworthy.

Thanks Manj u reply my thread.

working at a school level means "i`m working in a school upto matriculation" while language instructor means "I devise assignments for the students for English speaking, supervise the teachers, hold meetings to enhance the students language abilities..etc
Under these responsibilities, does Language school instructor apply to me or not? Secondly,
do secondary school teacher/instructors with 4141 code qualify for 4131 category?

We are in the thick of this casting phenomenon which the West has taken up about Muslims, and specially Pakistanis. Though it gives a grim view for our immigration speed, I would recommend not to get disheartened. InshahAllah, all eligible will reach their new homeland. I would also very strongly advise that we must not get agitated at any stage and prove to the world that we are as peace loving a person as anyone else in any part of the world could be. A consultant who is a friend of my friend in Canada, says that secondary school teachers and administrators can apply as skilled worker provided they have an offer of employment...
Also she says 4141 was used to be under 4131 but the rules have changed.....

I have discussed the case with David Cohen via email who said i do not qualify because for that I must have an arranged employment there.
Also Cohen said that being a potential applicant i  am close to being qualified but wait for the new rules to come which he said are in the offing.

I am really sorry to hear the situation of your cousin. I can understand this situation because my daughter was also having same problem and now my brother's daughter too.
ASD / VSD is not a disease, it's a condition of heart. At the time of birth every baby's ASD is open and after birth it close itself but in very few cases it didn't close which further refer as a hole in a heart.
As baby grows its heart muscles are also grown up and close that hole but if hole is too big than it need a surgery. Once it is closed by surgery than it will ok for the rest of whole life.
Canadian immigration assesses that is the applicant or his dependent is going to be a burden on Canadian health budget or not.
So Once surgery is been done and ASD closed than no need to worry specially about the health of baby.

DHL delivered my application to Halifax instead of Sydney NS. DHL people said it is the right place for immigration application. But if you check distance between Halifax and Sydney it is 401 km and there is no Centralized intake office in Halifax only in Sydney.
On Monday they promised me to give more clarification. Is any body have situation like that.
