dear how did you send inquiry? through e-mail or through web form. I also sent them inquiry on 2nd April through web form but did not get confirmation e-mail. may be my inquiry could not reach to them. that's why i resend the inquiry again yesterday and got confirmation e-mail. lets see what they reply. BTW whats your current status.

Dear friends

Urgent help required !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


my e case is in In process with started processing on 23 Feb 2012 and then I was requested to sent new photographs of family
which I sent and were received by CHC Ldn on in Feb 2012  from then I am waiting !!
other people who got the same request have received Medicals! As now days CHC LDN is sending medicals requests through regular post I fear that my packet is lost ! I am also in contact with local post office but no update from them !

I am have been  sending email inquiries to CHC ldn but get  the required response and Now I fear that I may cross any time limit which is given with medical or update request !!!
Please let me know how should inform this to CHC and also ask them to re Issuance medical request ??

If you informed them that you did not
Receive anything then don't worry . They are not careless as you already informed them about not receive any instructions.
Still if your are very curious about your medical then write them agains and ask if they issue any  new instructions for you or not . Secondly they issueMedical according to their own procedure not on the request of applicant . So be patience nd may God bless you .

First of all you have no choice other than wait . I am afraid your file could further take 6 to 12 months if you will not get any feed back in a month time . Secondly you should inform them about new arrival rather then letting them know on later dates . Check information what documents you need to update new born information . There are heaps of
Information if you brows last posts . I think it s CRN form birth certificate  passport and few others forms . Hope

I have been through the same processes. Let me share you. I wanted to add a new born dependent in my application, so sent an email to CHC london and got the same reply as you. But after few months again i asked them about the documents & procedures to add a new born baby in my application. This time they didn't send me the standard reply but asked me to submit following documents:

•processing fee for your child (if accompanying you to Canada)
•your child's birth certificate
•copy of your child's valid passport
•4 recent photographs of your child
•updated IMM0008 Generic for yourself and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse.
•a “Certificat de Sélection du Québec” for your child ( in his or her name), if you wish to immigrate to the province of Québec (http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/index.asp)

As your time line shows you are a M2 applicant, so I suggest you to wait until they finalizethe the cases of M1 groups. After that you be asked by CHC to submit your documents for addition new born baby.

updated forms, pics, RPRF fee, proof of funds, Police certificates reached to VO london yesterday : signed by by : MAGESTE 

Let see what will happen next, as they mentioned not to disturb for 4 months in e-mail, should i send them e-mail regarding the requested updates being received by them by replying their e-mail

Yes but send them an email atleast after 1 week and ask about your documents reached or not.
