My address is also missing since January 27, 2012. I don't see anything bad in it. In fact I received my medicals on March28, 2012. So may be your file is being worked upon.

HELP REQUIRED *SENIOR MEMBERS*
I have just checked my status online against my immigration file number, the very strange thing is that status is changed to "Withdrawn" and when i clink on this hyperlink and the details mentioned in it are as under:
"We received your application for permanent residence on June 8, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 20, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review."
How come this is possible, whereas i received the letter from London Visa office on 5th July 2011 that they have received my file etc.
PLEASE HELP!!!

BTW I am still waiting for PPR 1 since last more than 8 months dont know in last time i should i manage to wind up all the matters over here for e.g. my job as we have to serve one month notice period....
As per your advice i am planning to enroll myself to csi to start the course of CSC. What do you suggest should i take the PRC and get back and will move after 5 to 6 months and in this time period will complete my CSC certification online from Pakistan and complete my home work before final landing?
I was also required to give minimum of 30 days notice at my previous office in Karachi, but they allow me a 10 days notice after seeing my visa validity which was only for 15 days Yes I strongly recommend you to come here with CSC, dont rush. Come here 1 day before your visa expiry and till that time study in your home country, as its very very difficult here to work and study at the same time especially if your are with family. In addition to this there is one more BAD news, i have received a letter from London Visa Office stating that they have not received my documents to date which I was supposed to send in 120 days (which is not the case, i have sent them back in Jan 2011 or so). So failing to do this seeing your current application we do not see it valid enough to pursue your case. so we are closing it bla bla... HELP PLEASE IF SOMEONE HAS THE SIMILAR EXPERIENCE, what should be done now, even the online status shows that they received my docs. |

Below is the my query, that i submitted using web form
I submitted my application in 10th June, 2010 and got 1st AOR in Oct 2010. I submitted my full documents in Jan 2011 and received 2nd AOR in June 2011. Q1. I have a new born baby now. I want to add that in my application. What are the documents that i need to submit? Q2. I have not heard any news about my case since last 10 months. what are the updates?

Please note we anticipate completing the review of M1 files submitted between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010 by June 2012.

The above reply seems to me an automatically generated reply.
What should i do now?
1- Should i wait?

this should be an error considering your eCAS description and line your documents have been recieved and pending review. you should immediately send them an email marked urgent and inquire about what ever is going. give your full details e.g. immigration file number, date of brith, full name, country, phone numbers, address etc. also mention the details of AOR that you received and dates. hopefully they have given you a decision which was supposed to be sent to someone else. Sent CSE on 2/4/12 on status of my case. Response received on 12/4/12 that no action req..... anticipate by June 2012..... correspondence to mini...... This means they have not even allocated my file to a VO officer. What the heck.  |
