We applied in Skilled worker category on Feb 2009 and got replied from VO that they have received our documents on February 24, 2009. Then the process of queries and answers began, our case moved to London office on January 27 2011 and finally got Medical request including Updated Employment Letter, Landing fee, Proof of funds and Police Certificate in November 2011. Medicals done at 17 December 2011. Other documents sent in late of December 2011.
We had converted our PK bank balances into Dollars and opened a US$ Account, details were sent with our medical receipts etc in Dec2011.
In January 2012 they inquired about our new bank account and asked for explanation (where did we get the amount). We managed to reply and explained everything. Got the reply on 08 February 2012. Listed below;
The line was added in our E-case at 17Feb2012: 'Medical results have been received'.
Now since then we are waiting for our PPR-1. Should we inquire to V/O ?

I already talked with seniors in barclays bank pakistan. They were saying its not necessary and dont worry.
You need to get balance certificate and statement from your bank.
Ali need to clarify something, I read on this forum that balance certificate is enough, statement is not necessary if not asked specifically.. Might be due to large amount's transaction justification can also be inquired by VO later? |

I can't understand that London VO has reviewed files for applicants who received 2nd AOR in later 2010 or early 2011 and have issued them letters to wait for 6 to 12 months. But now news on my case and few other applicants on this forum. What is the sequence they are following is above my head???  |

As in Pakistan few banks are dealing Canadian account and can i ask the bank to write the Pak rupees equivalent to Canadian dollars or send a bank statement in US dollars.
