when they say in letter, reply us with required documents in 60 or 90 days. so are these bussiness/working days, and it starts from date of receiving of letter or what.. i mean if someone recieves letter late or something do they consider it??

No it's not working, it's calendar days... Moreover it starts from the date on which letter is issued

hi, I got a letter from CHC London asking for additional documents (but no medical). I applied in June 2009, got initial approval from CIO in Sep 2009 and sent all the documents to CHC isb in dec 2009.

Can anyone please guide me as to how long it will take after i send all these documents to CHC london? I have already been waiting for last 3 years...

Finally.....actually they scan latest pictures on the Medical Forms. The pictures that were sent back in 2009, are obsolete so to speak. Kidz have grown up considerably. So they need latest data. Especially pictures. So dont worry. it will be alright. My timelines are also similar. So Now a ray for hope for me too.....

I think I am the longest waiting applicant here. Pre-June Applicant, processing started on 15-02-12 and still waiting. Just called TCS HO and approached the postman, but useless. Is there anyone who got the processing date of 15th Feb 2012 and still waiting. Is there any problem with applicants who submitted documents in 1st Quarter of 2010. Most of the applicants got updated documents or MR after 2-3 weeks but in my case its more than 7 weeks. Those who have same time line please comment.

congrats for your case in process, they must mentioned in that letter that Allow us four months for upcoming correspondence so hope for the best it could be anytime in four months..

i got CIC Lnd letter in Feb12 required additional dox.  my original education, proof relationship in canada and proof of residence who live in canada. i sent it all within given time, since then two months pass-away no sign of medical request

I am PNP applicant from Pakistan.. I have a friend who want to apply for FSW at 1 July 2012 and i am guiding him through the process.. I have a question that his brother has PR of Canada but living and doing business in Pakistan, can my friend claim 5 points of his brother's status? or his brother must be in Canada to be eligible to claim 5 points...?
Second question is Pharmacy degree (Pharm-D) = 22 points or 20 points

His points are as follow
Edu = 22
Exp = 17
Ielts = 16
Age = 10
Total = 65 (2 short then 67, Either he can claim 5 points of his brother or i have suggested him to take French language test to get 2 marks)

hi,my case was going very smoothly,i received medical examination form of me n my spouse,bt not of my newborn baby(added later in application)so iasked via e mail do i snd our medical + PR fee or wait4 my baby's medical form ist? they replied to wait 4 it n then persue all at a time,,,since then i m waiting for that form,,,according to them they snt it to me bt i didnt receive it,,,in the meanwhile when i was waitng form thy snd me e mail giving deadline ; if u didnt snt us medical n PR fee in 45 days we will cancle ur application,,unfortunately i cnt read that mail...and 1day i gor rejection latter,,,i was shocked,,i admit haf mistake is mine not to read that mail,bt what about their fault?i still didnt get medical form of my baby,,kindly plz help me,,what action can b done now to re open my application....

1. Give TEF and claim 2 points
2. Marry an educated girl 4-5 points

He can't claim 5 points for his brother. Brother needs to be living in Canada and needs to provide proof of that. Check suggestions of lhr montreal they are good. Thanks

If his brother is not currently residing in Canada then he can not avail 5 points.
