Guys - I have got letter from TCS , stated that my case is not eligible for further processing , with no relevant reasons , can i appeal against the decision as i dont see any reason in getting rejection.
This is not the way to treat applications / applicants , it seems thye have a simple format of rejection on which they simply change the names / add and are sending out the rejection letters ......................

A friend of mine got in processing date 15/2/12 he didnt get any letter, last week he sent an email to chc and they responded that a letter has been sent to his address by normal mail a month ago. Luckily chc sent a copy of that in their reply, it was document update and new forms + photos.
Did u send any email to chc ? If not do send it now
I e-mail them on 5th March and got reply on 12th March that "your file is in process or waiting to be reviewed". It meas after more than 3 weeks of processing date my file was still in process. i again e-mailed them on 2nd April lets see what would be the outcome. BTW, whats your Friend's NOC and time line. |

I think I am the longest waiting applicant here. Pre-June Applicant, processing started on 15-02-12 and still waiting. Just called TCS HO and approached the postman, but useless. Is there anyone who got the processing date of 15th Feb 2012 and still waiting. Is there any problem with applicants who submitted documents in 1st Quarter of 2010. Most of the applicants got updated documents or MR after 2-3 weeks but in my case its more than 7 weeks. Those who have same time line please comment.
I suggest to go to Post office instead of asking postman verbally as they can do anything.... check carefore case, his package was at postoffice and was not delivered to him as postman was on leave.... moreover, I suggest u must email at once as per khalid's suggestion... |

Waisay leave this discussion now, let us reach canada first phir decide kar laina paisay bachon kay through kamanay hain ya khud kaam kar kay Please tell how many people got medicals in the month of April, Starali - please confirm if you have any idea.... I think its better to comment on this when any one of us reach to Canada  . I personally consider this as a joke (no one really intend to just rely on this fund and not searching for his options). I think most of us who have applied there, got ample funds or relative there to survive (even survival jobs serve you better). As per my experience and travelling, people respond to environment. In Singapore I never thought of breaking a red light but here in Karachi when I stop at saddar, I feel my self fool so just believe on your potential and prepare well. Any one of us can work hard provided the suitable environment. Regards |
