Those who are getting the letters they clearly mentioned in the letter that they will not answered in 12 months.This can be the reason.

last time i got reply after 7 days. I sent my inquiry on 2nd April and today is "Good Friday" Holiday in UK. tomorrow is Sat & Sunday and on Monday 9th April there will be "Easter Monday" Holiday. so, its been only three days. if i could not get reply next week then you will be right. lets see what happens.

Do not forget there is already a litigation in court which is supposed to be heard in June 2012 and if CIC looses that case it will be liable to pay millions of dollars in damages so they are kind a processing each and every pre june applicant in whatever way so nobody can claim his case hasn't processed yet. CIC wants to win the case at any cost. It is not surprising that pre june applicants are getting such kinds of letters and will keep getting. Those pre junes who already have got medicals should be very thankful to Lim Leahy who had filed the case in court and only because of that case pre june applicants are getting processed otherwise if you remember they were advising pre junes to wait at least 2 years or more.    By the grace of Almighty Allah ,i got additional document and RPRF request.I have a query regarding submission of documents whether

we should submitt attested photocopies of all documents again or just send them only the photocopies.As currenly i am living in saudiArabia

where should i go for attestation in Jeddah? kindly senior members and all those living in saudiarabia please reply.Thanks

donot expect easy life in canada, but it will surely offer you an opportunity to improve your life only if you are willing to work hard, most people who immigrate try to maintain their life style as in their country of origin and that is the biggest mistake they make. once in canada adopt the life style of the locals, and please one very important advice donot immigrate if you have more than two children (under the age of 18) other wise be ready to work like an ass to provide for them.

But contrary to this my friend landed last year asked me how many kids i  have, when i said  i have two. he replied those who have more children their life is good as you will get their maintenance  allowance. As my cousin who has 4 children who used to receive CAD 1400 for their children maintaince allowance and his rent is 300 CAD as provided by govt. and as per them the  children allowances are enough to live. the income of both mother and father are their savings.

Which documents they have asked ? provide full details then we can help you, give your timeline also (when did u apply)

Its a point what u say. But remember that they have mentioned in the letter that they could undertake verification in the third paragraph.

Ya u r right as they might returned it as these original docs were with them since 2010 or so, they asked to wait more and realizing the fact that we might need them, they returned instead of keeping them for more time... On the other side, as per cock n bull, these checks in letter might refer background checks
