My ecas status has been changed on 13-Mar-2012 to in-process with this line "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 13, 2012". Today April 4, 2012 I have received call from TCS to collect my parcel, the parcel contains "My original documents + Immigration Officer Letter that my application is considered to be processed for further action within coming 6 to 12 months so do not initiate any status update request till that time. I dont know how to attach scanned image otherwise I could have been attached this.

They will eventually. What's happening is that
1. Those who are going to be processed this year i.e. 2012 shall receive RPRF/update forms requests etc. and eventually Medicals and Visa.
2. Those who are being put on hold till next year i.e. 2013 shall receive letters like this i.e. "wait for next 12 months".
What's common in both instances is that in both cases applicant must have line added to their eCas like "Reviewed your case and started processing on ........"
I guess am the first one who revealed this letter but still no line added with processing date... |

dear Honorable members, i am new to this forum but i am silent reader.
i need help , i applied on 29 april 2010, in April 2011 my status was changed as decision made, and i received letter from them and they informed me that they had received my document after 120 days which was not correct, i contacted them via email and sent them proof that they received within 120 days, they replied me that ignore that letter and they would start my process again, after 20 days my status changed from decision made to in process, and they added one more line in my status as they received documents and they are pending review,
after waiting one year again they have changed my status as decision made, but i haven't received any letter from them as well as email, and they haven't written the statement that decision has been made and visa office will contact you, still the previous statement is thee which is documents received and they are pending review, please help me whats happening with my case.

Well I think you are among the lucky champs. If you want to confirm this further you can intiate CAIPS. If Selection Decision is also made as 1, then chill out and relax. They already have filled their quota for 0213. So they will issue meds to you in 2013 quota.
Hi, can u tell me how can one be sure that a quota of a certain NOC is filled?,,is there any kind of list available somewhere or its just an assumption based on your observation, i belong to NOC 0631 and its been almost 7 months since my medical and 3 and a half months from my baby's that there is no sign of ppr-1...does it indicate that quote for 0631 is also filled? |

Since you are on hold, they have full one year ahead to add this line to your eCas status. The letter is more credible evidence in support of you eligibility which says explicitly that your application has been determined eligible for further processing, then who cares about eCas. If hasn't changed still no problems. What is more credible ecas or letter? Just Chill! |
