This is letter shows that processing time started from the processing date mentioned in e-case status.

keep in mind processing time of 12 months starts after completion of review stage of application.

as our applications were not in processing since we applied and proof of it is refusals of applications on the bases of job duties mismatch.

As processing fee is only return at first stage in case of rejection before processing so it shows our processing time of 12 months started from processing date mentioned in e-case status.

now some applicants will get visa ( final stage) with in 12 months may be in 8 months, 9 months or in 12 months.

as vo trying to minimize the backlog by June 2012 may be they only consider those applicants they received full documents before June 2010.  

I guess dear they are reviewing it on basis of MI 1, MI 2 or MI 3 basis not on full document received dates

Can anyone guide on the photo specification ( i knew 35 X 45mm), but request in e-mail for new baby is "2 passport photos"

If we look optimistic way, at least they informed you that your application is approved for further processing , that means very less chance of rejection, but u need to wait for another 6 to 12 months. Otherwise they use to keep us waiting for years without any signal of approving or rejecting, so there is improvement

I think Now no one can trust on CHC London.

I think this is the reason now a days they are not sending medicals for pre june 2010.

They are sending only RPRF and update documents request.

As it is the term I think, Starali has mentioned the required specs and pic must be of that size... If u go to any good studio, normally they knows the specs, u just need to tell them u need it for what purpose.....

In fact what i know every year Canada issue certain quota for immigration for each country and for each category . So far people who got their medical will be treated
Under current quotas ,rest for the next year. Under process does not Mean case Approved until case
Finalized.

This quota is set every year since 2002 when govt of Canada introduce 67 marks .
From this quota they allocate every country accordingly .
