Dear Forum Friends,

I am frequent visitor of this forum as well as few other forums. I am MI-2 applicant. To the best of my observation, i haven't seen any MI-2 applicant active on this forum. This forum rather gives an impression of being associated with only MI-1 applicants.

Is there any other MI-2 applicant who has been waiting like me since long (I have been waiting for my Medicals etc since September 2011, when i submitted my up-dated documents) ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Jis terhan ap her ek ko CAPIS ki advise dete hain is se mujhe aesa lagta he k, apko website commission de arhi he per case.  

Just kidding. Please dont mind. I think he is a Post June 26, 2010 applicant, which are not not first priority. That is why they gave him 12 months time.

Dear zeshananis,

MI-1 means "Ministerial Instructions 1" and MI-2 means "Ministerial Instructions 2".

The applications which were submitted during 2008 till June-2010 were filed under MI-1, whereas, on 26th June 2010, there was a huge shift in Canadian Immigration under newly introduced "Ministerial Instructions-2", and applications filed after 26th June 2010 till 30th June 2011 are called of "Ministerial Instructions 2" applications. The latest MI-3 are under going nowadays since 1st July 2011 till date under which maximum number of application during a One year were reduced from 20,000 a year to 10,000 a year applications.

According to your timeline, your application is of Ministerial Instructions 1. And its a happy tendency of LOV nowadays caz its working on the applications of "Ministerial Instructions 1" period, whereas applicants under Ministerial Instructions 2 have been pushed back to the waiting queue since the start of 2012.

Lets hope for the best.

I received below email from CHC-LDN. looks to wording i think they send us medical forms which i didnt receive. i only received my orignal documents from TCS nothing inside medical form... what do u suggest?

You should wait until you have received the medical form for your baby, and then complete your medical examinations together as a family.
