We received your application for permanent residence on October 14, 2009. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December 16, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review. We transferred your application to the London England office on December 22, 2009. The London England office may contact you. We transferred your application to the London England office on June 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you. Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 15, 2012. I am wondering you submitted documents 6 months prior to me and still did not get processing date. did you send inquiry to CHC LDN about your status? |

dear carefore what could be the possible reason for this delay. As most of the applicants got correspondence within 2-4 weeks after status update. My address got disappeared when my status was updated on 21-02-2012. Most likely after address disappear people get update but i my case it was an error until now. I sent an inquiry to CHC LDN after 15 days and got this reply" your Application is in Process or waiting to be reviewed" Seniors please comment, Do you think Address disappear may be the sign of further B'Fd date. Because my NOC is not in the current demanding list. on the other hand one applicant Mr. AMH who is NOC 1111 got Processing date on 16th March 2012 got Medicals on 22-03-2012. Quite confusing and frustrating behavior of CHC LDN. |

I haven't noticed of disappearing of address, but yes most of the applicant getting some update from VO. I think delay in our case might be because of background checks. Seniors please comment. |

Dear Usman, I received below email from CHC-LDN. looks to wording i think they send us medical forms which i didnt receive. i only received my orignal documents from TCS nothing inside medical form... what do u suggest? You should wait until you have received the medical form for your baby, and then complete your medical examinations together as a family. |
