I am a silent listener of this forum and going to file an immigration to CHC Islamabad. Can any one share me its experience about the format of required document submission or any format desired by CHC.

Hi Seniors, I submitted my initial application (CHC ISB) = 4th March 2008 They sent me acknowledgement with file No. = 18th March 2008 I received 120 days letter from CHC ISB = 27th January 2009 I forwarded my complete documents (file) to CHC ISB = 19th May 2009 ..... what is next  Please reply. Thanks in advance. |

Amerzd........I am almost in the same time line for submitting the primary application in 2008, June and later submitted my documents on 4th, May 2009. The only update in my case is that CHC, iSLAMABAD MADE ENQURIES FROM MY OFFICE AND MY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER ON 15TH,June 2009. and after that it is silence. I am hopefull that i will get some response in next week, as if i compare my time line with Shanbaba and ImranUs...........hOPEFULLY I WILL GET A GOOD NEWS BY THE GRACE OF God and things will be fine for all of us.

How long CIO took to review eligibility in your case?
My timelin:
I submitted my initial application (CHC ISB) = May 2008
File transfered to CIO Sydney =March 2009
E-CAS change to "Application Recieved" = May 2009

Hi Asif, Infact, I use to see frequently E-CAS for my case but only I see is "We started processsing on your application on 18 Mar 2008" and nothing has changed from this date till now. This is also a reason why I am asking my seniors to guide me as per their experiences. I have never seen at E-CAS anything related to "Eligibility or Sent to CIO etc". Please share if you know anything may help me.. Regards, Amer |

Amerzd in my case they did't send me any AOR in response to my full submitted documents bec i also applied in CHC, iSLAMABAD IN JUNE 2008.aS I also have observed in the cases which directly send their primary application to local office (CHC, Islamabad) back in 2008 are not sent any AOR and new file number. I think we allready have the file number at local office and we will not reciecve any AOR against our full application. In my case they just started enquires on 15th, June as i said. Same is with Rao i think.

Dear rao and hotlier you both are right but my question is that my lawyer said your master degree is not reconized so that if you want to reapply you have reapply on your bachelor degree and if you applying on your bachelor degree you have to show 4 year job experience now my question is that is my lawyer is right or wrong after 1 year job experience can I reapply or not.

Waiting for eligibility review.

In my case CHC ISB has not transferred my file to CIO NS as per E-CAS. Even they issued a letter to me to submit my all documents which i have already done. I don't know what is wrong (if something) in my case. |

One of my friend has asked me a question if any senior here can help...
"Once 120 days letter is issued, can he withdraw his application and can ask refund of his fee submitted?"

Yes they did in my case. I submitted my complete application with documents on May 08, 2009 and on June 15, 2009 they sent me acknowledgment of receipt of documents. They also issued a new file number to me (I had earlier directly sent the application to CIU, NS and recieved an AOR with a different file number). My E Track status shows "in progress" and then "process started on June 05, 2009". Rgds, Man J. Hi Ho-Lier, My status is "process started on June 05, 2009". Do you think they will inquire from my office also in next two weeks? Man J. Imran also prepare your manager to ready for enquery soon, may be by the end of this week or in next week your office will recieve a call from CHC. As in mine and domingos time line proves.
