Yesterday i received e-mail regarding updated forms, Proof of funds and police verification certificates - dead line for submission is 45 days

No medical

I received the same on March 13, but they have given me 60 days.

Dear all,

It's a good news that they have planned to complete the review by June 2012. One thing to be noted here that they are saying completing the "Review" not the whole process, which is the issuing of PR visa.

So all those who survive till June 30, 2012 by not getting refusal, should consider their cases approved and should expect maple leaf visa with a success rate of 85% at later stages. I pray that none of us gets any more refusals anymore, especially considering above scenario! May Allah help us all!

i send CHC London following case specific inquiry on 12-march-2012

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good day.

I applied for PR Canada under FSW fast track program back in Jun 2009.My Details are as under:

I received an email from CHC London on 05-Dec-2011 and was advised to submit documents to add my spouse in my active application; I submitted all required documents including processing fee 550$ of my spouse to your kind office on 03-Feb-2012.


After submission of updated documents 40 days has been passed away and I did not receive any acknowledgment or reply from your kind office.


I want to know what the current status of my file is. My current e-status is showing "in process" with "RBVO" details inside and is not showing the start of processing time. I am eager to know the developments on my file.


I would highly appreciate if you kindly let me know if my file is under process already and when I should expect my medicals. Many thanks and I appreciate your early response.

No further action is required by you at this time.

Please note we anticipate completing the review of M1 files submitted between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010 by June 2012.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or by email to the mailing and email addresses provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details.

means no working has been done so far on my file they just place documents in file and assign any BFD ?

I have not sent any documents since my case moved to the 'In Process' stage. But will be sending the requested documents soon.

I guess they only evaluate the information provided qualifies for further processing.. In later stage the Verifies everything through your doc and other methods..

for initiall application they check basic information for eligibility....they dont verify.....they have consultant who only give eligibility review only without any verification....at that time u can even claim 5 points for blood relative but verification is done only now....
there are cases who got refusal due to less point so this mean at NS sydney they dont even verify for 67 point...they only give 67 points based on ur documents and information of filled forms....

That what i am asking if you have provided the same duties as mentioned in the previous application when we were applying to CIO. There should be no point of rejection.

What kind of eligibility review they have conducted at CIO?

If we are unable to prove what we have written in the CIO application then only it should be reject.

at that time they check basic info provided in IMM008 generic. also at that time some interns :-) are trying to approv many application to hold fees......
also i remember some application was return only due wrong information like one of my friend application return just because of he mentioned wrong visa office when at that time everyone was confused what to select under VO..(when pakistan application processing move to london uk vo)...
in CIO office they check complete forms, information, and basic eligibility.

If they really stick to their response, then all of prejuners will at least have some response on their applications by June 2012. Three months have been passed and the same have left.

You can use Wall Street bank draft service in canadian dollar.

Yesterday , i have received an email that i should provide a form signed by me with the information about my bank account so that they can process the refund. All those who have rejected can you guys please tell me that have you guys received the same email or letter.

I have sent a reconsideration letter earlier. please suggest what should i do ? should i wait or ?

for all members who got refusal please keep in mind VO will only reopen cases rejected due to wrong calculation of points or any other reason that not involve any analytical or personal view point of VO. so only send review requests to VO on logical reasoning otherwise it will be only wastage of time.

VO will not reconsider Duties mismatch issue and will not respond your inquires so i suggest without wasting time contact any Canadian Lawyer spend 250$ of consultation fee and discus with lawyer in detail that what are strong points in your case to win appeal from Federal court.

its just my observation and view point.
