dear cocknbull n blessings,
TCS is not so slow. its almost same like DHL, as they have agreement with DHL and handover shipment to DHL in dubai. one can track shipment both on DHL & TCS web.
So I recomend TCS or otherwise use FedEx.
One point to note: most of Dr (DMP) use TCS to send medical reports.

I second that TCS has agreement with DHL and they forward shipment from Dubai. FedEx is best in my opinion. |

26th day and you are already losing it.. Would you just calm doWn its been more than two years for my case to be in process. So keep patience.. Things don't Work as quick as you are thinking them to be..... |

Yes my address disappear for 4 days.but in detail dae is mentioned. Did ur address disappear at the time when actuall "In Process" line with date appeared in ur status? My status is "In Process with RVBO details since Feb-2011 and I was wondering if my address should disappear before actuall "In Process" line with date is added to my e-cas status? I m waiting since ages !!!!!! If someone could come up with a reply please?  |

hello frds, my brother's case status changed to DECISION MADE after IN_PROCESS, but the address never disappeared and he didnt receive medicals as well. what does it mean? please reply.

Dear Seniors forum member.AOA!
Plz advice i have sent a mail to UK London CIC office case specific enquiry. What they ment by saying" mail was sent on 14 February 2012 to the mailing address on file." Because we have not received any email or post mail from UK except this reply of today?

As I have planed to go out of country with my whole family to perform Umra ( Saudi Arabia) from March 24th to April 7th 2012. On a safer side I have already contacted the local courier and regular postal service providers to keep my original documents or medical documents in their safe custody till my return to Pakistan.

At what stage my case is now ?

Dear Friends,
I have just received an email prinout alongwith a form, from CHC UK stating therein that my application is in final stage and would be completed in 2-stages.
1st stage requires provision of recent passport size photographs, passport copies and un updated form for myself and family.
The 2nd stage may involve requesting for submission of passports to Islamabad High Commission.
The email prinout says "2nd Request" but the strange thing is that i never their "1st Request" neither through email or letter. Although my email address is corrrect but it never reached my inbox.
So i believe one should always keep a regular followup via email or letter with CHC/CIC, so that even if a letter/email gets lost in transit one should still be in loop with any happening.
I had applied in August 2008 and still I dont know how long this process would further take, the energy and the enthusiasm i had while applying seems to be going down.
Anyways fingers crossed, lets see what happens next, either it can be request for further provision of info or a passport request.
I am going to sleep mode again....Goodluck to the rest...

I emailed them on 13th March and get response on 15th March. Generally their response is within couple of days (as per my experience). |

Which courier service is better & economical to send doc to UK , TCS OR DHL . Any suggestion
I beg to differ from the rest. TCS courier to London (documents less than 500g) = Rs. 2500 DHL courier to London (documents less than 500g) = Rs. 2200 The trick is to go through a DHL franchise and not through their main outlets. Both are equally reliable and equally fast. I have used both services in the recent past and they are of equal repute. I cannot comment on the cost of FedEx and UPS... but there is no issue of them being of higher quality. Even Leopards courier has a deal with one of the bigger intl. courier companies for intl. shipments. You cannot go wrong with any of them. |

I just received my medical request documents through pakistan post. Some psycho postman just put it under my home gate (even though I have proper letter box for such mails). So a suggestion for all who are waiting for such mails....be in contact with local postman and look for any envelop in your garden or porch  Regards |
