For all of those who are filling new generic forms.

UCI

Indicate your Universal Client Identification number (UCI) or Client Identification number (Client ID), if known (8-digit number). Otherwise, leave it blank. If this is your first application with CIC you will not have a UCI or a Client ID.

In letter they are saying that your job description are not matching with requirement while that is not the case, i was very careful while submitting my form and letters and i took extra care of mentioning job description in experience letters. I had applied with full docs in March 2009

Please advise if i should ask canada immigration to review my case.

Yeah it's really disturbing that they are rejecting NOC code 0111 (Financial Managers)...I've sent them a review request and lets see what happen... Instead of getting panic after receiving refusal letter we should think about other available options ..

I second your comments....+1 for you....

Dera All
I applied as FW in NOC 3112 General practitioner and Family Physician. I recently recieved a letter of refusal from Visa officer along with all submitted original documents . The letter is dated 24 Feb 2012, while I was able to recieve it on 08-03-12. They have given me 66 points. It seems that 9 points given in the adaptability criteria is not correct.I have a brother who is a canadian citizen while my husband has two sisters having canadian citizen ship. My husband has a masters degree in engineering from an accredited institution of the country and have a 18 years of education. his original masters degree along with transcripts etc in university sealed envelope were submitted. Counting 5 numbers each for ‘relatives' and ‘spouse education', the total points should have been 10 thus making my total score 67. The worst thing is I am not getting any idea as to what is the way to request a review of the case. Am I to re-send the original or photocopy of the masters degree with cover note or what else? Should I send an e-mail and to whom. What is the time frame. Should I write to canadian high commission Islamabad (the centre where I submitted my completed application in early 2010 at the instruction of CIO offfice sydney). I am feeling a bit helpless. Pls guide me for the next step.

Hi,
My case was refused exactly on the same basis as you mentioned above. I send them an appeal for a review and my case was approved later. All you have to do is prepare a letter and mention that visa officer has mistakenly awarded 4 points in adabtability factor instead of 5 as my spouse has a master's degree and deserves 5 points.
They also awarded my 3 points instead of 4 (as my spouse is a graduate)and according to their working, my score was 66 and they refused it. I noticed that in adaptability factor, there are 4 points if spouse education is 14 years/ bachelor's degree. I was lucky that it all went quickly, i send them review and in 4 weeks they informed me by e-mail that they have accepted and approved my case.
One week ago, I got all my original documents back with request to pay landing fee and send updated forms for futher process which I have dispatched to them yesterday.
