FOR PEOPLE who GOT REJECTED: Today, 2 of my friends (pre-june applicants) who applied around 2.5 years ago, in 2009 end, received rejection letter due to job duties mismatched. One received it today, the other one got it last month.
Both Finance Manager.  One in Nestle, other one in Telenor.  Both applied on their own..and both attached their  job duties letter (which had about 25 duties) and also matched it with hrdc site.
I ve been reading this forum, so I am aware of this rejection pattern due to duties. They had no idea and this decision has completely blown them away.
I myself am from 0111 , but atleast I'm prepared for the worst news, since my jd is not even that well defined, since I applied myself n did not know that jd s would matter so much in the end, otherwise I would ve added more stuff (my mistake).
On the contrary, another person i know, applied with a fake job letter as social worker, and applied through a famous consultant, post june, and has already flown to canada...sigh..(I know, its not fair...genuine people getting rejected and some fakers succedding, but hey, that's life!!)
So here s my conclusion: it all depends on 3 things....firstly , your documentation. Secondly, VO s mood. And thirdly, Kismat. If its not God s will, it aint happening.
Point of my msg is not to depress Finance Managers or others who have or will be rejected in future. Point is to be prepared for ANY decision, good or Bad. IF the decision is rejection, look at other options, may be middle east, may be try for canada later, watever, but the last thing u should do is be devastated (I know its easier said than done, as I know this rejection ruins a lot of our dreams, but still , we gotta move on).
And remember, as our history teacher used to say, "not all bad events are bad in the long run". He used to quote the example of World War 2, 1939-1945, and used to say, "if world war 2 had not started by Germany taking over Poland, the law that 'no foreigners can live illegally and stay in another country by taking over it, would not have been passed, hence , 1947, goras had to leave themselevs from indo-pak"....Smiley
Ok, point is, not everything that 'seems' bad is bad!! With Allah s help, Life will find the best course for u-inshallah. Just pray, where ever u live, canada, pakistan, or wherever, God gives u happiness n peace. Main point DON'T BE DEPRESSED Smiley

,,,always HOPE FOR THE BEST and PREPARE FOR THE WORST,,,

I never send bank statement. no need for sending that infact. recently i have recieved RPRF with some other additional documents but luckily no "POF". Thanks God.

Absolutely right. I will also suggest to do the same. Do wait for 2 to 3 months bank statement.

Regards

Azhar

hi its also happen with me but the difference is that i didn't show my property as a proof of fund , i just added all detail to show him my current worth , regarding for proof of fund, the amount is still there in my bank account and when they see my bank statement then  they didn't ask me any question about net worth statement , so this is your mistake to show your property as a proof of fund , you know why because bank statement it self have some value but property , shares and other stuff  have a different market value at that time and different book value which  recorded  on paper, so its a confusing thing for him that's why they need more details and it will delay your case processing and may be after that again they ask some more documents, so my personal opinion is to feed your account and send then your bank statement along with all other details so when they see your statement balance then they cannot ask any more question , regarding for feeding a account they don't care when you feed your bank account they just see closing balance at that time or what can other members do they take a balance confirmation letter from the bank and send them as a proof of fund no need to send bank statement , so tell me how chc know that you feeded your account recently because letter only show your current day balance that's it . any way its only my experience you can also take others  comment .

hi,

i applied to FSW-Centralized Intake Office in June 2009 under federal Skill worker category for "Finance Manager 0111", one of the most demanded 38 occupations. In my application I mentioned all positions I worked on during last 8 years including serving as part time lecturer in university.  I received email from CIC on 28.07.2009 wherein they gave consent after initial processing & asked to submit the case within 120 days.

Now, Quite surprisingly, after more than two years, i received all my documents back and they say i dont qualify under FSW category of a "University Professor".

It is very shocking for me that they replied after 02 years and declined the case without checking that under which category I applied for.
i need an expert advice, how to handle the situation. what recourse u suggest.

Sorry to read this bro, SAM PK has posted something and your case is the proof for it... They are only and only looking at "clearing backlog", at any cost; no matter how many yrs the applicant has ruined to wait for it.... I guess they have hired people who are not even enough educated to deal with such serious things... Oh God help us......

Mine E-CAS has processing date of 15-02-2012, E-CAS was updated on 21-02-2012 and I am still waiting for. In reply of inquiry to CHC LDN which i sent after 15 days of E-CAS updating, I got the reply that "Your File is in process or waiting to be reviewed" which is generic reply. you can imagine the time line these days.

Thanks to share, whenever you get any update please share, as my ecase processing date is March 01 2012, hence I think it should not be useful to write to LVO at this point of time and suggest to myself wait for 15 days.

Apart from waiting, maintaining contact with local Post Office, also keep checking the Address on your e-case, my address had disappeared for a week (one Tuesday to the other), and I found out that letter posted to me by CHC London also bears the same dates.

I contacted with the postman of my area and talked to TCS head office in Karachi, No letter in my name is there in Pakistan Post and TCS. Then I sent inquiry to CHC LDN and get the generic reply. Lets see when and how they issue MR or updated forms. We can just pray and wait ..
