Brother! you are right but Problem in my case is that i have to include my "to be arrived" baby in the application form. It means that VO will certainly have to wait for issuance of medical forms to the whole family till documentation for inclusion of newly born baby is completed. It means that there is no significance if i send requested documenst within first or last ten days of the allowed time i.e. 90 days.  I think best way is to wait and take a chance if i can manage to send consolidated information to VO after birth of the baby (Inshallah).
if i will be in your situation then let me tell u what I will be doing to handle.
I should send the document of my and spouse with the covering letter and stating them that ur spouse is expecting baby next month. now let VO decide what they will do..ok now why i will send because if any verification is left due to required document will not stop and in anyways u have to wait for ur baby and baby document..... so submit whatever u have now..... and later stage send baby documents. so in either case ur case is  not going be late or delayed...one more thing telling VO about baby will surely a positive point because canada is looking for this generation not us  Smiley. and i am not sure but one of my relative got immi in old days was in the same situation....VO did not ask any medical for new born imean 1 to 3 weeks baby.....they have only asked phot copies of hospital discharge papers with all information.

This is something really good to know....Another question.... Some medical tests like X-ray etc, which are not included in the medical examination of the pregnant women, do chc ask to have these tests at some later stage??? or just exempted permanently...

I am bot sure about other provinces but Islamabad Police, below is the weblink through which you can get the soft copy of the application form. http://www.islamabadpolice.gov.pk/PublishingImages/Character%20Certificate%20Performa%20New.doc

In case if you find difficulty in opening this link leading to a Word Document, then open the Islamabad Police website http://www.islamabadpolice.gov.pk/Pages/default.aspx
and under the link of procedures click Character Certificate and form will open.

Dear all,

Firstly, if someone is given time of 90 days and he send the documents within that time either in the first 10 days or in the last 10 days it should not be a problem for visa officer.

Secondly, my opinion regarding Brought forward date is purely my perception of immigration procedure, I may be wrong. But the logic behind that perception is that, when a visa officer requests some documents from an applicant and give him some days time then at the same time he also sets a brought forward date at which he will again review the file of that applicant. Further, it is also important to understand that whenever visa office receive some documents from any applicant, the received documents are just filed in the applicant's file, no processing is done at the time of receiving of documents.

How come a visa officer can randomly check the file of that applicant before that time and see whether applicant submitted any thing or not and if not then sets again another brought forward date.

Whatever opinion we give here on this forum is based on our personal observations. I think this is the type of scenario where no one can say any thing with 100% surety that he is absolutely right? and others are absolutely wrong. Atleast I cant say that I am 100% right.

So, this is what I perceive.

Regards

Azhar

Azhar Bahi,

its nice having so long reply about bfd and what is ur perception about it.
and absoluty I agree with u as no one is visa officer amoung us and no body can predict about vo internal processing.
But at the same time, we share about what we have experience regarding our own application processing or just our preception..............
And I am sharing my own personal experience and based on my own logics.....
It is my understanding that adding a new born and spouse have different impact on case processing. If u add new born it creat less dely as compare to spouse, as in case of new born we just have to prove or satify visa officer that it is ur ligtimate child so it need less time, whre as spouse relationship is bit nitorus in immigration eye and also required more beachgroud and security checks.
HOPE U GET MY PIONT.
BFD is just a red mark date, if some send dox earlier then depending on work load visa officer can take immidiate action.

HERE IS SETEP BY STEP STORY ABOUT MY SELF.
I am June 11 applicant.....recieved my PER on Agust 11.
On Sept 11, I send email to VO to inform addition of newborn....recieved reply after 7 days "file is pending review by and officer and no action required" aslo send me list of dox required for addition.
On 15 Dec 11, I emailed again about new born and got reply on 22 dec that medical is ready to issue, since u have added a child, so following dox and fee required for addition of new born in 45 days.
I send all required dox on Jan 10, 2012.
On 31 Jan 12, recieved email from VO to send Schedule A in 15 days and I send its scan copy on 1 Feb via email
And finaly on 10 Feb 12, I recieve our medical/RPRF/PCC & original dox via TCS. (cover letter was dated 12 Jan 2012)
Completed medical and RPRF & PCC delivered on Feb 28 2012.
Now waiting for next step, so all of forum members keep me in prayers
Dear Azhar Bahi please see all my BFDs,
Thanks and Regards

Dear Nasir Khan,
no exemption from Xray for pregnant, there are two options for this.....1..dr will deffer Xray to a later date, this will dely your case processing. 2....some dr process Xray with taking protective measure ie with shield cover.

Thanks brother for such a detailed answer and it was really nice talking to u on phone.  Here is my concluding and final desicion to send the required documents to chc ASAP. I applied primarily under NOC 4131 as i had experience in college level teachning and had also worked as Training Manager at Ministry of Labor and Manpower Training. In updated forms what NOC should i refer to 4131 or 4021.
