Dear all,
Firstly, if someone is given time of 90 days and he send the documents within that time either in the first 10 days or in the last 10 days it should not be a problem for visa officer.
Secondly, my opinion regarding Brought forward date is purely my perception of immigration procedure, I may be wrong. But the logic behind that perception is that, when a visa officer requests some documents from an applicant and give him some days time then at the same time he also sets a brought forward date at which he will again review the file of that applicant. Further, it is also important to understand that whenever visa office receive some documents from any applicant, the received documents are just filed in the applicant's file, no processing is done at the time of receiving of documents.
How come a visa officer can randomly check the file of that applicant before that time and see whether applicant submitted any thing or not and if not then sets again another brought forward date.
Whatever opinion we give here on this forum is based on our personal observations. I think this is the type of scenario where no one can say any thing with 100% surety that he is absolutely right? and others are absolutely wrong. Atleast I cant say that I am 100% right.
So, this is what I perceive.

Azhar
Azhar Bahi,
its nice having so long reply about bfd and what is ur perception about it.
and absoluty I agree with u as no one is visa officer amoung us and no body can predict about vo internal processing.
But at the same time, we share about what we have experience regarding our own application processing or just our preception..............
And I am sharing my own personal experience and based on my own logics.....
It is my understanding that adding a new born and spouse have different impact on case processing. If u add new born it creat less dely as compare to spouse, as in case of new born we just have to prove or satify visa officer that it is ur ligtimate child so it need less time, whre as spouse relationship is bit nitorus in immigration eye and also required more beachgroud and security checks.
HOPE U GET MY PIONT.
BFD is just a red mark date, if some send dox earlier then depending on work load visa officer can take immidiate action.
HERE IS SETEP BY STEP STORY ABOUT MY SELF.
I am June 11 applicant.....recieved my PER on Agust 11.
On Sept 11, I send email to VO to inform addition of newborn....recieved reply after 7 days "file is pending review by and officer and no action required" aslo send me list of dox required for addition.
On 15 Dec 11, I emailed again about new born and got reply on 22 dec that medical is ready to issue, since u have added a child, so following dox and fee required for addition of new born in
45 days.
I send all required dox on Jan 10, 2012.
On 31 Jan 12, recieved email from VO to send Schedule A in
15 days and I send its scan copy on 1 Feb via email
And finaly on 10 Feb 12, I recieve our medical/RPRF/PCC & original dox via TCS.
(cover letter was dated 12 Jan 2012)Completed medical and RPRF & PCC delivered on Feb 28 2012.
Now waiting for next step, so all of forum members keep me in prayers
Dear Azhar Bahi please see all my BFDs,
