Ra00 did u sent ur child document with other documesnt required in PA or u sent it saparatly

I had received acknowledment  for the processing fee of my daughter after one month via ordinary post...
so i think you will get it in one or two weeks. If not then keep bank customer copy at more safer place.

Dear Amidala & S.K i have filled following forms

Additional family information-IMM 5406 (04-2008) E
Schedule 1 - Back Ground declaration IMM 0008 (01-2009) E filled by me and my spouse
Schedule 3 - Economic class - Federal skilled workers IMM 0008 (10-2008) E
Application for permanent residence in Canada - IMM 0008 (10-2008) E- in which I have given complete data of my daghter 

now i know that medicals instruction will be mailed to me latter but i should have recive acknolegdment for money whcih i had deposited in standard chartered bank

after reciveing PA i(march 2004 applicant) sent chc all require documents which were require for further processing , i have sent them one additional document regarding my daughter who was born 2 weeks before PA , i sent her
birth certificate
9,900 rupees bank reciept
passport copy
i have sent all these documents on 7 august 2008 , atleast chc should have sent me the recipt of money which the had received, no news and one month is pased what should i do please advis, some time i worry were those documents dilevered ?? i sent them throug TSC

You also need to fill page 2 of IMM 0008 GENERIC for your newborn daughter and send to CHC with a recent photograph

you must have filled and attached the following right?
page 1 of IMM 0008 Generic (number of family members included in this application)
page 2 of IMM 0008 Generic (details of family members) as advised by S.K above
IMM 5406 E 'additional family information' Section-B (filled by principal applicant)
IMM 5406 E 'additional family information' Section-B (filled by spouse)
if yes, then dont worry, you have started to worry too soon, remain patient.

In case of an additional dependent, principal applicant or the spouse do not have to send complete updated application forms again. They need to send IMM 0008 Generic Page 2 to give details mentioned there of the added dependent ONLY plus supporting documents

Dont worry dear ,everything would be fine inshAllah ,and i have one question ,dehli requested or DMP requested for further evaluataion ,who is requested after medicals ,because in letter they mention if DMP want further test then they can ?so if she wants test then they inform applicant for further test ,so what is this ?and once again dear lymphadenopathy is nearly impossible at this age so dont worry best of luck

  thanku for praying .... and we recieved letter from new delhi not from dmp...in the second page of letter they request to dr rohina that she should collect all information in this case...and she refered us the surgeon...and he gave two tests of my daughter...which we have done...so we will collect report tomorrow...and hope all will fine...inshallah

  hi...now im at the point where i need prays from all of u .... actually i did my family medical at 7 and 10 of august and after that i recieved a letter from delhi at 3 of september which is issued since 26 of august... they need more information abt my little daughter whose age is 2.5 year....they isseued a letter to dr rohina through us in which they request to give all information regarding cervical lymphadenopathy...we were very surprised to see this all because my daughter is very healthy and having proper weight..and at the same day we went to our child specialist and discussed with him abt my daughters health and he checked her properly and said that there is nothing wrong with her....actually rohina sattar found some guilty on her neck which my doctor said that its normal and approx haved many children....

       next day we went to dr rohina and gave her letter and she referred us a childs surgeon...today we got appontment with him and he also said that there is no issue on this...but gave us for doing her X-ray and blood test too...we did it all....now i request to all of u that plz pray for my daughter that she will be ok..and her test will be negative...inshallah.....so plz remember my daughter in ur prays because no body knows what happend next...now we just suspecious abt my daughter`s health not focusing on immigration...

     yes ur absoulutely right...the doctor which she refered finally said that isnt a issue to be made...but she did...in her effeciency...but its her duty if she do ignore anything which she felt so this can be creat problems for her...but as she is experienced she should know the difference...

Dont worry insAllah ur daughter wilbb fin. Just to let u knw tht dr rohina has a bad reputation for being extra efficient in medicals. I am sure she is fine nd also u guys wl gt through this stage ameen

Nothing to worry,swelling of  these lymph nodes are quiet common in this age group and mostly attributed to common old infection in the throat,if she had not gone through any chest infection or blood in sputum in her early age,there is nothing to worry.Inshallah everything will be ok .

  r u doctor?...yes we did know that these lymhps r common and sometimes have larger in size..but my dughter has very minor to be ignored...and u said that if she did chest infection in past...so its very common too to have a infection in small children...almost every second child had this infection ...so if ur a doctor or have u know abt this so plz tell me can this creates problem...

After doing some research ,I am thinking of booking Ticket from CATHAY PACIFIC which is offering the most economical ticket among all, costing around Rs.54000 ,what u guys think of that??? anyone having some useful experience to share reg. this airline???

then after one month i received acknowledmnet of processing fee.

you have to attest documents with notary public in pakistan and for the proof of funds you have to show bank statment as far my knowledge you cannot show jewerly but lets wait for seniors to comment on ur post
