My consultant says we should file a Review!

Yes dear you should go for that. I hope and pray it turns out to be positive. I would advise you to order your CAIPS / GCMS also to see notes of visa officer. I am sure you would have calculated right points (67 or more) for yourself. Thanks

They are rejecting cases mostly before point calculation stage i.e. on the basis of duties mismatch or like Visa Officer is unsatisfied with the duties performed, so no point calculation involved in most cases..... Even otherwise my case was well presented and points were carefully calculated.... My other friend NOC 0213, who is not registered here, but we applied almost together also got his refusal on the same basis....... So they are refusing a lot of applications before point calculation stage, probably, "Paper Screening Stage".

Dear I agree with you and I know that. I just asked to be on safe side. Go for a review and write detailed explanation. If you want any reference or guide line you can check the following thread. Thanks

Hi!

That can be a rejection what you talking about Hassan.

We have seen two kinds of rejection.

1) Outside of Ecas "decision made" but inside RBVO and no "in process date"

2) Outside of Ecas "decision made" and inside also processing date like your application was reviewed and we started processing on "following date"

assalamualaikum,

its decision made and a line added that
A decision has been made on your application and the office may contact you..

is it Refusal?? as it is before medical..
kindly reply a.s.a.p

Naseha.

ITS REALLY SAD

SORRY TO JUST DUE TO THIS REASON I WAS SAYING ALL MEMBERS TO CALL THEIR CAIPS BEFORE ANY UPDATE.

ANY HOW YOU STILL HAVE CHANCE TO FIGHT ORDER CAIPS. BECAUSE REFUSAL LETTERS ARE ALREADY DRAFTED AND DIDNT SHOW THE FULL AND COMPREHENSIVE REASON OF REFUSAL. ONLY CAIPS CAN SHOW YOU THE REMARKS/COMMENTS OF VISA OFFICER AND THEN AFTER KNOWING THOSE COMMENTS YOU WILL BE IN A BETTER POSITION TO SEND A JUDICIAL REVIEW REQUEST OR REVIEW REQUEST TO VO.

Again suggesting all members to order CAIPS before any update as it has no impact on your processing time or any other matter of processing. even Visa officer and CHC not come to know that any applicant applied and get CAIPS. CAIPS issued from centalized office in OTTAWA and that office not send any intimation to CHC.

OF COURSE IT IS VERY PAINFULL MOMENTS FOR YOU, ANY WAY KEEP FAITH ON ALLAH AND HOPE FOR THE BEST, COULD YOU PLZ SHARE YOUR TIMELINE FROM YOUR E-CAS ?
REGARDS,

Roll Eyes   very confused at the start, when sitting here.
 Huh   tangled,
 Cry    worried,
Embarrassed   angry being awaited soo long..
 Angry   uncertain..

Smiley and finally Happy and calm...as we Trust Allah more than everything..

Not disappeared. Sad

do not wait for any refusal letter it will be just wastage of time

just apply CAIPS in 1 or 2 days

you will get CAIPS almost 1 week after delivery of rejection letter
