Hi Bravo
My original documents were sent through TCS along with letter asking for new forms (both were in the same envelop). However I did not receive MR, CHC asked me on email to send recent photographs of family members for medical (mentioned in email). So lets see....

Ms. Naseha, Very sad to hear about that, but no need to panic unless you receive some official communication. There are two options. One that you have to wait for an official letter which can take about 10 to 15 days. Other is that you can send them a case specific enquiry. If it is a mistake they will reply you as usual that " your documents on place no action required.......". If not then they will respond you that " a letter has been sent on ....... something like that. I would suggest that you wait for a couple of days and then send then Inquiry. |

when did you get this status ? wait for letter from VO and see what reason have stated for the rejection and then you can appeal for review |

We hired a canadian lawyer since the start, will contact her soon.
(as she is actually our family lawyer)
Onething is very clear in my mind that Every decision is firstly made
by Allah, and He never disappoint us...
So, I am still happy and very relaxed..

Me another victim of DM !!!!!!!!!!! I am Prejune applicant and on 28-02-12 my consultant received refusal letter dated 22-02-12. Reason given: Visa officer not satisfied with Job Duties NOC 1111. Address in e-Cas disappered 28-02-12 Address in eCas re-appeared 03-03-12 Outside Status: "DM" Inside line added: " A decision has been made etc etc........... " @ Staralihaider please update the list! Lots of refusals coming in recently, I don't know what they are doing  |
