I have to submit three new forms and I dont see space for photo on any one of these. So I am quite concrete that there wont be any photo requirement at least in my case. In my opinion, you should provide one if there is some space reserved on your forms.

I got the request of new forms through a formal letter posted by TCS. Before that I received email from CHC asking for new family photos (by the way at the time of application my daughters were 1, 3 years old...back in Nov. 2009). So I think if nothing is asked....there is no need to.

YES for number one they don't need any explanation because they already have all required document
for number 2 when they want some more supporting or need more clear picture on any point so they ask for additional document you can say they don't want to reject this case right away so if you full fill their requirement with in time they will process your case further normally its happen because of three reason one educational background,job duties confusion and relative documents confusion

By the way there is a 3rd type:)
3- people getting original docs and updated forms (New application, background family detail, additional family information, police certificates and travelling detail for last 10 years) request along with RPRF.

sorry to hear this but its seem to me bad news....looks rejection if its before medical.
u must prepare ur self to appeal against whatever reason they give u....majorities of time due to mismatch job resp. or less point.
wait for the letter and reply them accordingly if u really feel that VO had mistake..

i think appealing would be wasting more time....if they already rejected it further they dont have my updated number but the address is the same so how to inquire about the decision...should i contact TCS office

Hi guys....
Just a question....By filling my forms requested by CHC, I came to know that my family passports are going to be expired in July 2012. I think this will not effect anything...right? (I did not find any thing in forms that would have mentioned that my passport should have some minimum validity period)...I know its a silly one
I am thinking to submit my docs first and then upgrade my family passports (I am working now days to obtain my police certification and creating RPRF DD)

I received my original documents on 5th March 2012 having a letter asking for some new updated forms, police certificate and RPRF DD.
