Refer to above, there is another update. My case was re-opened and approved on 28-02-12 but e-case status was showing "DECISION MADE" till yesterday. I checked on-line status today and "DECISION MADE" has been replaced with "IN PROCESS" again. As per london visa office e-mail, they informed me that additional document request alongwith medical papers will be sent in the next few days, I hope that this is another positive development and I expect to receive these documents in the next few days.
Amazing turn around in fortune for you man... good luck and may the force be with you! think about giving some charity as thanks for receiving justice!

I hope nothing will be happen wrong with your case becoz I saw in some they changed ecase status somtimes, but I would advise be preapred for filing a review application, if you receive any negative repsonse from CHC-L, however, there is some specified time line for filing a review application.

I am in a similar condition and I will paste new photos for all of us, I dont know how others think, but I feel since I have two children (11 and 8 years old) and children's appearance change rapidly because both are Mashallah in growing age. So I think for better clarity new photos should be sent. I also guess that these photos become part of our case till PR Card in Canada and updated photos should be helpful not harmful. Any comment from seniors will be welcome.
I have to submit three new forms and I dont see space for photo on any one of these. So I am quite concrete that there wont be any photo requirement at least in my case. In my opinion, you should provide one if there is some space reserved on your forms.

Many thanks dear for your reply. Seniors plz respond to my query, Should I submit educational updates as well at this stage.? Also, I am still confused about RPRF requirement at this stage. Is there anyone else who received RPRF request along with MR, plz let me know.
Thanks in advance.
you have to mention in background declaration form in anyways like ur education and also history details. I dont think so it is harmful to update them...I am sure it will be positive for ur case..... also in email replies for status check...thay always request to inform VO for any changes or updates.

for no 2...is there any issues on cases or it is just normal practice or what could be the reason...any comments?

YES for number one they don't need any explanation because they already have all required document for number 2 when they want some more supporting or need more clear picture on any point so they ask for additional document you can say they don't want to reject this case right away so if you full fill their requirement with in time they will process your case further normally its happen because of three reason one educational background, job duties confusion and relative documents confusion
